I don't remember swallowing butterflies, but when I heard your voice, it feels like I'm full with it.

Damn his right this campus is substantial, but his arrogance is non-sense. Zach's shiny black leather shoes tapping the wooden floor kept echoing inside the empty corridors.

Strings? He asked himself

Okay, strings then. As he cleared his mind by deciding which extracurricular activity he'll be participating in. This soothing voice disturbs the tranquility of the corridors. Butterflies, he said to his mind. I haven't felt these things for years.

"So, this is me swallowin' my pride
Standin' in front of you sayin' I'm sorry for that night
And I go back to December all the time~"

He watched his own hands struggle against the door where the voice is coming from as they pushed it open. A warm burst of air greeted him upon opening the door, his feet were stunned in the doorway, he can't move, he can't talk, all he did is admire the beautiful flower from afar.

"It turns out freedom ain't nothin' but missin' you
Wishin' I'd realized what I had when you were mine
I'd go back to December, turn around, and make it alright
I go back to December all the time."

Music fills the air without effort, like the waves filling holes in beach sand; the voice rushing in and around inside him.

Suddenly he became aware of his heart beating swiftly, the room was warm but this unknown cold feeling ran through his system, this is the first time he heard her singing. He encouraged himself to gather back his senses and step forward. "You're not all metal, aren't you?"

"What are you doing here?" Azriella cleared her throat and went back to her icy cold bubble.

"I've been wandering around, touring myself around the campus since no one seems to help me around. But got distracted by this irritating voice, I never doubted that it was yours." He smirked and walked towards her.

"You? What are you doing here? Are you even allowed to be here?" Zach looked around and saw his reflection on the side of the squared room, vinyl records and microphones were placed on one area, and a large piano was in the middle of the room where Azriella is sitting.

"I got in." Azriella whispered.

"In?" He pushed himself.

"Vocals." She placed the acoustic guitar back in its case and sat back in her seat.

"Then why aren't you happy? We should be celebrating; you really don't know how to be happy don't you?" Zach pulled the chair and sat in front of her.

"Why do you care?" She rolled her eyes and went her way to exit the room.

"See you're doing it again, come on." He laughed opened the door for her.

"Stop avoiding me or else I'll start thinking that you like me. Come on, Eli is probably waiting for us"

"Shut up, your face is as thick as my elbow."

Zacharius disturbed the silence between them when he started coughing, "I need to buy my orange juice, let's pass the cafeteria."

"Go by yourself." Azriella rolled her eyes.

Zacharius grabbed her wrist but before even pulling it Azriella glared at him, "What we are still ten minutes early. Chill out we still have time, unless you want to wait outside the theatre?"

Azriella grunted and went on his way, "Anything for your orange juice huh?"

"Yes of course. That's orange juice."

Zacharius giggled like a child when he finally punched the straw down to the box. "See we still have 5 more minutes. I guess we are still waiting outside."

They were silently walking down the hallways when Eli from afar shouts as she ran towards them "I got in!!!" She burst with joy.

"I guess we won't." Azriella laughed and walked faster.

"As a fucking protagonist!!" She breakthrough with every syllable. They all felt a sudden flare of happiness as Eli hugged them both squeezing the two of them inside her arms.

"And Azi, that's why I have to leave you with Zach." Eli brought her two hands and held her cheek.

"I told you to give him a chance." She whispered.

"I'll be busy for this day on, your friend needs to knock their asses off and show them a real actor."

"I know." Azriella grunted.

"Oh damn, what else can make this day even more perfect?" Eli sighed while walking down towards the parking lot.

"An orange juice?" Zach broke through making Eli laugh.

Azriella tried to keep her face resting but a snigger sneak out of her mouth.

"That made this perfect." Eli exclaimed sarcastically.

Zacharius proudly held down his chest and bow, "Nothing makes a day better than orange juice.
