*Percy POV*
While everyone else ate lunch Jessie and I started talking about the rules for our fight. We decided that we would use any weapon we had, we couldn't leave the fighting arena, we couldn't maim or kill each other, and we could only use water powers. The last one really only applies to her seeing as those are the only powers I really have. But it does give me a better chance because now she can't strike me with lightning, summon the dead, or her favorite make strong vines grow to trap me and distract me so she can disarm me.
Everyone gathers around the fighting arena Leo made to watch our fight. Jessie of course decided to fight in what she usually fights in: a sports bra and shorts. Us demigods are used to seeing her scars and we know that the thing she hates most is pity so it doesn't bother us anymore. The wizards, however, are shocked and stare, point, and whisper. Jes gets mad so she says, "Yes, I have a lot of scars. Now I'd appreciate it if you could stop and pay attention so we can show you what a fight looks like."
Everyone immediately stopped and gathered around paying attention. We got into our stances and grabbed our weapons. Mine was still in pen form and she decided to use one of her swords but it was still just one of the charms on her bracelet. They saw what they thought we were fighting with and sniggered; that is until we turned them into our weapons to fight. I made the first move and swung at her. She blocked it and jabbed at my side knowing I would sidestep: which thankfully I did. We continued to block, stab, slash and try to disarm each other. We had a few new cuts and bruises but it wasn't much. I was getting really tired and sweating a lot. Then she did a move that I wasn't prepared for. She disarmed me and my sword flew across the arena. Jes jumped on me, punched me in the face, changed her sword into a dagger and held it against my throat smirking. She said, "Looks like I win again, better luck next time. She let me up and we looked at the wizards; they were shocked. One said, "How are you okay with hurting each other like that? I mean you're both covered in cuts and bruises."
"We've been much worse, that was nothing. We've been through two wars and Tarterus; I think we can handle a few small cuts and bruises," I said. We split them up into groups to see who can handle what weapon. Thalia and Jessie would teach archery, Annabeth, Piper, and Reyna would teach them how to use daggers, Clarisse and Frank would teach them how to throw spears, Jason, Nico, Leo, Hazel, and I taught them how to use swords. Some of them were useless but others were getting the hang of it quickly. Ron and Ginny were great with swords, Hermionie was amazing with a dagger, all the chasers from quidditch were really good at throwing spears, and most people were getting the hang of bow and arrows with Thalia and Jessie teaching them. Harry walked over to me and asked to fight. I thought it was stupid but I agreed. His eyes turned a golden yellow and I realized that he was possessed by and eliadon.
I told Hazel to get Piper or Jessie so they could charmspeak it out of Harry. Then we had out fight; Harry was really good but I knew that was because of the Eliadon. It was hard but I finally disarmed him and held my sword to his throat as Piper came running over. She got the Eliadon out of him and Harry collapsed. We decided that that was enough for one day and told everyone to go inside because it was almost time for dinner and I could tell that they were all really tired.
