//I just wanted to note, that when Fred and George are finished each other's sentences, George's dialogue is bolded//
Harry shifted in his bed, feeling a bit anxious. It was the evening before they were heading to Hogwarts and Harry had been tossing and turning for hours. He wasn't even sure why he was so anxious. It wasn't like this was his first year, and Remus said that he would be on the train with them tomorrow. Harry sighed and looked over at Draco, who was sound asleep. He sat up and slid out of bed, deciding to go see if Lucius was still up. He knew sometimes that his father would stay up later. Harry made his way out of his room and to the study, opening the door and peaking in.
Lucius heard the door creak, but assumed it was one of his husbands. "I'll come to bed in a little bit, I'm almost done." He said as he looked over the papers.
Harry walked into the study and blushed a bit. "It's me, papa. Not mom or dad" He said softly and went over to Lucius.
Lucius looked up at his son and smiled. "I'm sorry Harry. I didn't realize it was you. I figured you would be asleep by now." He gently picked up his son and settled Harry on his lap. "Is everything alright Harry? Did you have a bad dream?"
Harry leaned back into his fathers chest. "Yeah, I'm okay. I just can't sleep. I'm a bit anxious for tomorrow, and I'm not sure why. Just nervous I guess." Harry shifted a bit and rubbed his eyes.
Lucius smiled and rubbed the boys back. "It's okay to be nervous Harry. I understand. I get anxious and nervous sometimes as well. It's a big day tomorrow, and with everything we've been through, it's understandable to be nervous and anxious. Tomorrow we will all be there to see you and Draco off, and Remus will be on the train with you two. He'll keep you safe." Lucius said, hoping to soothe his son.
He hated that Harry had these anxious and nervous feelings about going to a place that was supposed to be safe and a place for him to learn.
Harry nodded and rubbed at his eyes again. "I just don't want anyone to bother me or Dray. I think that is why I am so nervous. I just wanna have a normal year. No Ron messing with me, and no headmaster being bothersome either."
Lucius nodded. He could sympathize with his son. "We are trying to get the headmaster all sorted out. Maybe Ron will leave you alone. Fred and George seem to like you and Draco very much." He said with a smile
Harry and Draco had met Fred and George on an outing over the summer. The twins seemed to take to both boys almost immediately. Needless to say, Draco and Harry both liked Fred and George, and the boys had come over a few times.
Harry nodded. "Maybe. But I still don't know how I'll be able to fall asleep. I feel wide awake."
Lucius chuckled and stood up, picking Harry up as he stood. "How about we go have some tea, and see if that helps. Let's just sit and relax a bit."
Lucius carried his son downstairs, sitting him in a chair before going off to make some lavender chamomile tea for them both. Soon he brought over the tea, after making sure it wasn't too hot to drink. He sat there with Harry, both drinking their tea and soon Harry grew tired. Lucius got his son to bed, before going to bed as well, knowing he needed to get sleep.
The next morning came bright and early for everyone. Draco was up earlier, solely because he was excited to get to school. Since Draco was awake that meant Harry was awake, along with Severus because the man was a light sleeper. Severus stood in the kitchen as he made breakfast, smiling as he listened to his boys talk.
"I think I'm going to try out for quidditch this year." Harry said, taking a sip of his juice. "Marcus saw us flying a couple of times, and he thinks you should try out as well." Harry smiled and turned to look at his brother.
