Chapt 8 .. Game over

2 hours after I died. Police broke down the door. They arrested my dad and searched the house and found me. They checked my pulse. She shakes her head.. A police officer fiends a note and put it in a envelope. They sip up my body and take me away.. The officer drives to my moms house. He walks up to door and knocked. " Yes?" My mother asked as she opens the door. " Are you the mother of Mia Smith?" The officer asks. " Yes what's wrong?"she asks. " I'm sorry she was beat to death by her father, here she left this" he says with tears in his eyes. My mother gasps and takes the letter " no, thank you sir" as she starts to cry. The officer leaves and my mother closes the door and goes up to my room. She opens the door and walks in. " Oh my baby. I'm so sorry I'm a horrible mother, I care about you so much" she cries. She opens the letter and reads it. " I love you too" she cries. She goes outside in the car to Nicki's house where the sleepover is. She get out and knocked on the door. Nicki answers " Mrs. Smith what are you doing here and what's wrong?" Asks Nicki. They walk to the living room where the other girls are. " Girl Mia she.. She was beaten to d..death by her father" my mother says as she cries. The girls are shocked and start crying. " W.. What" ask Pasley. My mother hands them the letter and they all read it and cry. They all think why, why her, why were we so mean. My mother hugs them and goes to tell Nicki's parents. My mother leaves to go to Kale's house. When she gets there his mother opens the door. " Katie what are you doing here" his mother asked. " I'm here to talk to Kale. My daughter was beaten to death by her father and she left a letter for Kale to read" my mother says as she cries. " Oh my god, Katie I'm so sorry, I'll get Kale" Kale's mother says. They work together at the hospital of your wondering how my mother knows his. Kale comes down stairs. " Hi Kale, um Mia was beaten to death by her father and she left this for you to read" my mother says as she sobs. " W...what, oh my god Mia" he says and takes the note. He reads in and backs up to a wall and looks at the people in the room. His mom, dad , brother , sister and my mother. He lets the tears fall. " NO NO NO, WHY DIDN'T I BELIEVE HER. WHY HER? I'M SO SORRY MIA" he yelled and sobbed. They all ask why.. Why weren't they there when I needed them.. Now it's too late...
