Some things you don't want to over-think

-There is only one murderer. Even if the plot thickens, there is still only one person who is offing everyone else.

-Death is permanent. If someone dies, they stay dead. To elaborate, the killer or survivor is not someone who dies before the final chapter.

-The killer and survivor are NOT the same person. Only one will prevail and nine will die, but that doesn't mean that the person who lives is the killer. Sorry to spoil, but good will eventually prevail in the end.

-This may be an homage to And Then There Were None and Ten Little Roosters, but neither will really help you. The characters, poem, and either the show or the book, will not assist you in any way, especially the former, because obviously someone actually lives and the killer's death cannot be faked.

-While knowledge of the ten selected Mindcrackers will be quite helpful, it may be beneficial to take things that are mentioned in this story or the entirety of the poem as more important. What characters say is important, so before you go for some obscure reference to help you, comb the book and riddle first.

-I won't be that person and allow someone to be killed by a weapon that is not mentioned in the section after this. I may be a tricky yet cunning jerk, but not to that extent.

-You don't have to guess what the killer is killed by, only the seven victims (technically eight, but you can't really guess the first one). I will say that the killer is killed by one of the specified weapons, but guessing which one only gets you my respect and appreciation, nothing else.

Speaking of which, the prize I have spoken of will be that if you guess BOTH the victim and weapon correctly, I will dedicate the next chapter to you, as well as give you a shout out at the beginning of said chapter. If multiple people guess correctly, then they will only receive the shout out, since a chapter can only be dedicated to one person. Sorry, but I don't pick favorites.

Also, at the end when I reward anyone who may have gotten who was the last victim and what they were killed by, I will also reward whoever guessed the killer and survivor. This guess specifically must be made on the And Then There Were Nine chapter before the chapters after that are posted, so keep that in mind. I don't want to make it too easy for you guys. >:)

Alright, with all that said and done, next up is a copy of the riddle for reference, and the selection of weapons you sleuths have to choose from.
