Zisteau was quick to go from wandering around Spawn Town to burying into the ground when he spotted the body of BTC laying unceremoniously in the street. That was the second body he had seen during the same day, and he was not willing to see another one. The man flipped up the hood on his pigman hoodie and unlatched the pickaxe from his belt before slinking off to a somewhat hidden area. He then swiftly dug into the dirt, being sure to conceal the entrance to his tunnel once he had excavated enough of it.

Zisteau didn't quite know where he was going, but as he was attempting to hide from the maniac that was slowly killing off Mindcrackers, he really didn't care. After a bit of tunneling though, the man suddenly found a cave. It was oddly dark and undisturbed, signaling that it had yet to be found up until this point, which was strange since it was right below Spawn Town. Too scared for his life to ask too many questions though, the Mindcracker quickly chiseled a staircase down to his discovery and went to explore the cavern.

After a few strikes with his flint and steel, Seth was finally able to light one of the unlit torches stored in the bag laid on his shoulders. The flame illuminated the secret underground of Spawn Town that Arkas had created, and now that he finally had a way to see what he was doing, Seth set off to explore the area.

He wandered slowly, lighting up every piece of the hidden location with his blazing torch. The expansive underground that Arkas had made kind of gave Seth an ancient ruins kind of vibe as he strode through it, the place held up by intricate archways and littered with dusty workbenches and chests of abandoned building materials.

Just as he was about to write the secretly constructed area off as just a place for storage though, the redstoner saw a strange light at the end of the tunnel he had been traveling down. Intrigued, Seth continued towards it.

As Guude walked nervously down the roads of Spawn Town, razor held out in front of him by a shaky hand, he spotted that something was wrong with the fountain. Once he finally made it to the structure, his eyes widened at what he saw.

Blood had died the water of the Spawn Town feature red, and an obviously dead Pause was floating in the part of the construction where all the water pooled after flowing from the top, three arrows sticking out from three different parts of his body. Guude dragged his dead friend's corpse out of the fountain and on to the road, propping him up against the side of the fountain as if he was just sitting there.

The Mindcrack leader noticed that the arrows were extremely sharp, and that they protruded from the native's lower right leg, left shoulder, and chest, right where his heart was. Though he was extremely frightened that he was studying the corpse of one of the members of his group, Guude was trying to make sense of what was happening, attempting to figure out how this traitorous murderer want around picking off people.

From a bit of observing of how Pause was killed, it was obvious that the traitor was deliberate and meticulous in their actions, planning how to perform them and then doing so with pinpoint accuracy.

Which one of them was like that?

Zisteau had been wandering around the cave for what had seemed like hours, collecting ores and lighting up the area in an attempt to keep his mind off the psychopathic killer that was trying to kill him.

A thought struck his mind then.

What if he killed the murderer before the killer could kill him?

It was an interesting thought, but how would he execute it?

The Mindcracker was pondering the details of it when he saw a strange light at the end of a path he had yet to go down. He strode towards it, torch in hand, finding that it was a large pool of lava.

Always up for some of said molten substance, Zisteau quickly unclipped a bucket from his belt, looking to gather some of the magma.

Before he did so, though, the man in the pigman hoodie spun around, checking that the coast was clear, since he could be easily ambushed.

After he was confident that he was alone, the Mindcracker turned back around and crouched down, scooping up lava into the bucket he was holding.

He had not seen the shadow lurking behind him, just out of sight.

Just as Zisteau was about to stand back up and continue exploring the cave, he suddenly felt an odd presence, as if someone was watching him. Before he could turn around though, he felt the forceful pressure of a boot against his back, and he was suddenly engulfed in the lava pool.

The Mindcracker struggled in the molten liquid, attempting to get out, but finding that doing so just made it worse. He was in absolute agony, burning alive, the lava clinging to whatever parts of him it could, which was his clothing and skin.

He screamed in pain, the heat of the magma too much for him to bear.

Before he died a death of fire and agony though, Zisteau caught a glimpse of the one who had did this to him.

Blame?

But Blame was dead, the burning Mindcracker recalled, feeling the life drain from him as the lava ate him alive. Unable to stay alive any longer though, the man succumbed to the molten liquid devouring him and let out one more groan that was a mixture of suffering and frustration.

Even in his last living moments, the killer had not allowed him the satisfaction of knowing who the traitor truly was.
