Kyoka was sitting on her bed, waiting for her parents to arrive. Momo walked into the room and put a hand on Kyoka's shoulder.
"You okay?" Momo asked to which Kyoka nodded in response causing Momo to smile. "Your parents are here."
Kyoka stood up and walked out to the Common Area to meet her parents.
Kyotoku and Mika were talking to all of the students happily until they saw Kyoka.
"Hey, Kyoka," Mika smiled.
Kyoka didn't say anything, instead she just sat down on the couch beside Denki and Mina. This caused Kyotoku to give a sly growl as he doesn't like it when she ignores him, but then remembered that they're were other kids though, so acted all happy.
"It was nice talking to you, kids," Mika smiled.
"You, too!" Mina piped up. "We're very sorry about your home, though."
"Oh, don't worry about it, we just didn't have enough money to fix it."
Mika and Kyotoku got up and Kyoka showed them where her room was.
"Sorry, there's only one bed," Kyoka sighed.
"Then you're just gonna have to sleep on the floor, aren't you?" Kyotoku growled.
"B-But, this is-"
She was cut off when Kyotoku slapped her across the face. Kyoka rubbed her cheek and looked up at Kyotoku as tears started to form in her eyes.
"You listen to me!" Kyotoku snarled.
Katsuki opened the door to see what was going on. "Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, just talking to our daughter," Mika smiled.
"Then what was that slap I heard?" Katsuki raised an eyebrow.
"Oh, she was just angry so she, Uhm, hit her mother," Kyotoku replied as sweat started forming.
Katsuki growled knowing that was a lie, but decided to not be bothered by it, anyways. He walked back downstairs to Momo.
Kyotoku looked back at Kyoka and grabbed her by the collar of her shirt. Kyoka closed her eyes waiting for impact, but nothing happened. Instead, Kyotoku just dropped Kyoka and sat on her bed. "Leave."
Kyoka sat up and looked at Kyotoku. "W-what...?"
"LEAVE!" Kyotoku yelled.
Kyoka quickly got up and ran out of the dorm to outside of the system and tripped and fell on the ground crying.
Can this day get any worse...?
Just then, it started to storm and Kyoka groaned.
Katsuki stormed outside and walked over to Kyoka, kneeling down. "Hey, you okay?"
"I'm fine..." Kyoka whimpered.
"I can tell something's bothering you, what is it?" Katsuki asked, worried.
"N-nothing..."
"If it's nothing, then why are you out here in the storm?"
Mika walked outside to Kyoka and picked her up. "Sorry about my her. She likes to play games and run off."
Katsuki stood up and looked at Mika. "No, she doesn't!"
Mika glared at Katsuki. "You must not know anything about my daughter!" And with that, Mika walked back to the dorm with Kyoka.
"Put her down," Kyotoku said. "She has legs."
"She was in the rain, dear," Mika replied as she set Kyoka down. "Sure this one time can slide."
"Fine,"
Katsuki grabbed Momo and Eijirou and walked off to his dorm.
"I think something might be going on between Jirou and her parents," Katsuki stated.
He didn't call her Earpods or anything, so they could tell he was being serious.
"What do you mean?" Momo asked.
Katsuki sighed and looked at Momo. "I heard a slap earlier so I went to check out though her parents said Jirou just hit her mother."
"Jirou wouldn't hit anyone!" Momo gasped.
"Exactly. And then I found Jirou out in the rain. When her mother came out to bring her back inside, she said that Jirou just likes playing games."
"I see what you mean now... They're lying!" Momo said.
"Exactly," Katsuki looked at Eijirou who was confused about the whole thing. "Don't tell anyone, but earlier, Jirou cut herself."
Eijirou's eyes widened. "What?! We have to do something!"
"That's why we're trying to think of a plan." Katsuki said. "When everyone's asleep, we will meet up in my room and try to listen to anything coming from Jirou's room. If you hear anything, tell me and I'll go check it out."
Momo and Eijirou both nodded.
