Since your parents were out of town -and you dont like to be alone- Ranboo invited you over to his house, to stay with him till your parents come back. Dont get me wrong, you are pretty much an adult and can take good care of yourself, but you just didnt like to be home alone, especially at night. Its not like you are scared of something, more like uncomfortable. You would prefer to sleep with another person in the room than alone.

Today, Ranboo invited you over and it was already nearing night time. He had shown you your place to sleep, which was in a spair room. He offered you his bed first, but you politely declined, it was his house overall.

You both decided to go to bed when the movie had ended that you chose to watch. You had watched movies with him before, but that was online on discord and now it was in real life. He did end up wrapping his arm around your shoulders... (winkyface)

"Goodnight, Ranboo." You said as you sat on the bed in the spair room. "Goodnight, Y/n." He said as he went to close the door but you stopped him with your hand. "What?" He softly asked which made you smile. "Just.." you started. "Thank you for letting me stay here." You said as you fumbled with your fingers. "Yeah, no worries!" He said smiling. "And oh!" He started. "If there is anything, i mean anything.. please wake me, or shout for me i dont care." He added. "I dont want to hear that you did not sleep well or that you were up tomorrow morning. Just come to me if you cant sleep." He said and softly closed the door.

You shot awake and yep. There it was. 3.14AM. Staring at the black room in front of you. Shivering from the cold, but also heated from the fear. It wasnt like FEAR but you didnt feel comfortable. As you blinked your eyes felt watery. Like you had been crying. In your sleep? You remembered what Ranboo said and immediately shook your head. No. Im not waking him for that. But then you remembered that he would be mad if you didnt come to him...

You sighed and looked at the ceiling. You could use some company.. the imaginary man in the dark corner didnt really do much.

"Ranboo?" You softly said as you squeeked the door open, but there was no response. There was a figure laying in a bed, head facing the other way. "Ranboo?" You went again, and the figure softly turned around, now sitting up. "Y/n? What is it?" He asked while rubbing his eyes. "Are you okay?" He asked as he saw your red eyes. "Have you been crying?" He said and immediately held his arms out for you to lay in.

You gave in and let him hold you. His large arms holding you strongly but it felt so nice. His presence made you feel so much more comfortable. "Nightmare?" Ranboo asked and you softly nodded. "Oh, I get those too. Very often." He said as he wiped away your tears. He looked into your eyes for a moment with sympathy. "You wanna talk about it?" He asked but you shook your head no. "You wanna go back to sleep?" He asked and you gave a small nod which made a small smile appear on his face. "Okay, you want me to stay with you?" He asked and you gave another small nod. "Okay, thats a yes, do you want to sleep in my bed? I will sleep on the floor." He simply said but then you nodded which made his look change. "Then what?" He asked but you interrupted him by jumping in his arms. He smiled and then softly scooted down on the bed with you in his arms, then both of you slowly fell asleep.
