Sapnap POV
3rd person

1:30 (Karl's time)

Only 30 more minutes left on my flight! Sapnap thought to himself while looking out the window.

Today was the day he would finally be able to talk with Karl. It had only been about 5 days, but it had felt like so much longer.

~Time skip to 3:10~
His class ended 10 minutes ago! Sapnap was sitting on his computer waiting for Karl to join his call.

"Hi!" He heard Karl say suddenly

"Finally, what took you so long!" Sapnap responded while giggling

Karl POV

1:30 am

Me and Sapnap were enjoying playing Minecraft together, then I saw the time. I remembered my mom telling me I had to wake up early to get on the airplane to fly to their new house.

"Sapnap I got to go. Goodnight!" I said to Sapnap

"Already" Sapnap said dragging the y
"Yes
"Fine, goodnight Karl! Talk tomorrow?" Sapnap said.

"Yes! Wait.... actually no"

"What! Why?"

"I'm... um... moving tomorrow"

"Where to? If you don't mind me asking"

"Ohh... umm... I don't actually know...." It just occurred that I was moving tomorrow and I didn't even know where.

"WHAT!" Sapnap screamed while letting out a loud wheeze "YOUR MOVING TOMORROW AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE?!"

"No..." I responded as if it was a question

I left the call after that. I then put on my pajamas (which were just an oversized plain black T-shirt and plaid pajama pants) and brushed my teeth.

I heard my footsteps walking up the stairs, then a knock at my door. "Come in." I said as my mom turned the doorknob opening up the door.

She sat down next to me on my bed. "I'm sorry" she said. Those words made me sad, I didn't want her to feel like she did anything wrong. It had to be hard taking care of a teenager all by yourself.

"Its fine, I just wish you would've told me." I said to her while wrapping my arms around her "where are we going anyway?" I asked.

"Texas" she responded

I let out a soft sigh. That was really far away, and because he left school in such a rush, he wasn't even able to say bye to his friends.
