You woke with a start; your gaze still blurry as you felt a wet texture leaking from your face, your arms, torso... All of you.
You tried to raise your hands to see but soon realized you were restrained. Your breath turned shallow as you felt the metallic thick liquid ooze down your throat that you easily recognized. As you seemed to focus more you took note that it was very dimly lit in the space you were in. Above you, water dripped down your body from the ceiling of the...

Actually, where were you? You turned your head to look around and stared at the walls. A cave.
A cave lit with torches with the walls covered in dark black ooze and what seemed to be old symbols. "I'm going to die." You croaked as you laid your head back, your head throbbing as you tried to ground your thoughts. There was a low chuckle followed by a round of applause. "Soon, but not yet." You looked over at your captor, disgust on your face as he watched eerily from where the flames couldn't reach. With only his silhouette as an indicator of his presence you scanned the room slowly with a low puff of cool air.

"You aren't screaming." He uttered. There was an undeniable venom in his tone as his boots clattered against the slick ground. Even in a life-or-death moment you couldn't help but chuckle from the thought of him suddenly slipping while he approached menacingly. A cool pressure suddenly pressed firmly to your throat. "It isn't fun when my toys don't play along... Be a peach and do that for me." Before you could snap something sarcastic at him the blade pressed harder. "If you don't scream, I'll find every single way to make you tick. I'll break and remake you. You'll be my little science project." You swallowed harshly. Suddenly you wished the once quiet man thing in front of you would fall quiet once again. A lump slid down your throat as you shook against the binding against your flesh.

While the Gen Z in you wanted to laugh at the whole situation this wasn't like tiktok. This was far worse. The torches that cascaded light in the cave didn't help with making him less threatening. "What's the matter? Tongue tied?" He leaned close with his mask lifted, mouth revealed sharp teeth and three tongues that snaked on your cheek. You shook as your face scrunched. Matching his energy; you turned to face him ignoring the electricity that suddenly engulfed your neck. "Fuck. You." You spit on his mouth before he could pull his mask down in time. In a flash you regretted your actions as a hand gripped your hair and suddenly a scream ripped at your vocal cords. He had sunk the blade deep into the flesh of your shoulder. Gods have mercy to whoever heard you and mistook you for a cryptid in the woods.

He gripped your jaw and mouth shut as he forcefully slammed your head back on the surface holding you. Stars of a different color floated in your vision as a heat washed over you. Your face paled seeing the scalpel stuck in your shirt and skin. You ripped your head from his hands as vomit poured from your mouth. Turning away you started gagging and throwing up. He stood complacent as he watched. "If you think that's nasty just wait until the narcotics stop working. " You paused about to object amidst your illness before another pained yowl boomed from the cavemouth and out to the moonlit woods.

"Look at all that life juice. Isn't it so beautiful?" He forced your head to make you stare at the open waterfalling wound. He lifted your shirt exposing your stitched side that still oozed and pillowed out blood clots. "I took the luxury of eating your kidney already... And might I say, your flesh tastes divine..." He grinned as tears welled up in your already glassed and puffy eyes. "That's right. Cry for me. I love to see that fear. In fact, I like it on you so much I might just have to keep you around for a while."
