Don’t you ever wish there was,
A way we could all know the truth?
What might happen then,
When we find the end has come near?
I’ve always just wanted to understand,
Even though I never will.
Until the day,
Time’s a thrill.
It’s been around since the beginning,
Wonder how the first felt,
As their life started to melt.
Wonder how the others reacted,
When their friend bit the dust.
It’s never clear.
Until the day,
Time’s a thrill.
Happening every second of the day,
Time continuously preys.
Though someone new enters at another second,
Years will pass until they understand I reckon.
People close to you or people you’ve never met,
Don’t you wish you knew them better?
I do.
All you can do is have a good day,
Never let your life waste away.
