Ross' Woes

7:30am

Will and Reina walked into the office together, holding hands.

"Alright, I've gotta go shoot a table talk, Reina," Will said, as he kissed her on the cheek, "I'll see you later in the writer's room, ok?"

"Ok, see you later honey." Reina replied, kissing him back, with a huge smile on her face.

"Eurgh" Lee said, jokingly, with a hint of seriousness, as she walked by.

"Jealous?" Reina said, sassily.

"You kids and your high school relationships."

Will walked towards the famous round, white table, where Ross was sat. He seemed deep in thought.

"Hey Ross." Will said, unaware of Ross' problem.

"Huh, oh, hey man." Ross replied, caught off-guard.

"You doing ok?" Will said, having noticed something unusual about Ross' behaviour.

"Um, no, to be honest." He replied, with a sombre tone of voice.

"Oh, what's the problem?" Will asked, concerned for his friend.

"I'm just not in a good place right now."

"Hey guys," Elliott said, sitting down at the table, with a cup of coffee in his hand, "what's up?"

"Ross is going through some problems." Will answered.

"Oh, what's bothering you?"

"Well, I'm having some relationship difficulties."

"But, you don't have a relationship currently." Elliott said, confused.

"That's the problem," Ross replied, "I want to be with someone, but instead, I'm alone.

"Well, is there anyone you're interested in?" Elliott asked.

"Yeah, who's the unlucky lady?" Will said, trying to lighten the mood.

Having chuckled at the joke, Ross replied, "I don't even know. A few days ago, I thought I liked Meg."

"Meg?!" Will and Elliott said in unison.

"Yeah." Ross said, embarrassed. "Don't worry, I don't anymore. I think I was just confused, after that whole thing at the club."

"So, do you like anyone?" Will asked.

At this point, DJ walked towards the two and a half men, "Ok guys, we're gonna start filming in 30 seconds."

8:30am

Sourcefed writer's room

Will, Ross, and Elliott walked back into the writer's room after having finished filming a table talk. Will sat down next to Reina, kissing her on the cheek as he did so.

"Dammit kids!" Lee shouted across the room, which was met by laughter.

"You can't tell me what to do, mom!" Will replied.

"Boy, I will put you in timeout"

"You're just jealous of our love-filled relationship." Reina added.

"Lee, I thought you were talking to Gavin's friend Dan?" Meg asked.

"He lives really far away." Lee answered. " Also, he said I'm 'really excitable', like what does that even mean?" She continued, in a stereotypical teenage girl voice.

"It means you cray-cray, girl." Meg answered, in the same voice, which was followed by laughter from everyone else.

1:30pm

Streets of LA

Meg, Reina and Trisha were walking to McDonald's for lunch. Of course, the topic of conversation revolved around Trisha's relationship struggles.

"So, Trish, have you spoken to Ross since your lunch together?" Reina asked.

"Umm...well, with work and everything, I've been really busy and-"

"No, I'm guessing then." Meg said, interrupting Trisha's mumbles.

"Well, it's just that I don't ever know what to say. And even if I did, I get so nervous around him that my cheeks go red, and I get really self- conscious."

"To be honest, Trish, confidence around other people has never really been my strong point." Said Meg.

"Yeah, me neither." Reina added.

"I just don't know what to do." Trisha said, with an increasingly worried look on her face.,

With a sudden expression of positivity, Meg proposed a solution.

"Hey, why don't you ask one of the guys? I'm sure they'll be able to help you find a way to approach Ross."

"Actually, that's a really good idea." Reina added

"Ok, but who?" Trisha asked.

"Well, judging by his lack of experience, and the way he asked me out, I think we can rule out WIll."

"Yeah, probably not." Meg replied. "By similar logic, I think we can rule out Steve too."

"It's probably for the best." Reina said in agreement.
