xiphos is sad (OoO S3)

3rd person pov:

It was a new day at camp oasis and Xiphos was really exited. He looked over and saw that his best friend was still asleep. So he decided he would go and get her a gift before she wakes up.

He was walking through the camp when all of a sudden he sees someone new.

"NEW FRIEND!!!" He yells excitedly. Like always he runs up and tries to give them a hug.

"Get off me!" The mystery person says

I can't think of a good character to have be mean to xiphos, so just make it whoever you'd like.

That made xiphos really sad and so he started crying. But unlike Kat the person didn't care they just walked away.

Xiphos ran off and sat down next to a tree. He was still in the camp but in a more secluded place. Behind the main asian building to be exact.

He sat down and started to cry. He was extremely upset that the person. Didn't want to be his friend.

Kat's pov:

I woke up and saw that xiphos wasn't here. The first thought that crossed my mind was 'I can get out of here'. But I pushed that thought out of my mind. Despite him being very hyper , I've grown quite fond of xiphos, and I really don't want to see him upset.

I got up and decided I would get a quick breakfast then, come back to wait for xiphos.

Another time skip, brought to you by khonsu being impatient.

Still kit's pov:

An hour has passed and xiphos still isn't back. I'm starting to get worried.

I decided to go out and look for xiphos.

Yes another time skip cause why not. Brought to you by future cal.

3rd person pov:

About twenty minutes had passed and kat still hadn't found xiphos. She had checked everywhere except the asian side of camp, so thats where she is heading now.

When she finnally checked around the back of the main asian building she saw xiphos......... crying.

"Xiphos?" Kat asked, the worry in her voice easily noticeable. "Xiphos its me, Kat, you know your best friend. Can you tell me what's wrong?"

She kept trying but xiphos wouldn't respond. The most he would do is glance at her.

Kat clearly saw that she wasn't going to get xiphos to talk, so she did the only thing she knew would make him happy.

She went over and hugged him. He was pretty surprised.. normally he would need to hug her first.

After a while xiphos explained to Kat what had happend. Kat wasn't angry at the person, okay well maybe a bit, but she understood that xiphos could be a bit much.

"Its okay xiphos. if they don't want to be their friend, well thats their loss, cause you are an amazing friend." Kat said. This seemed to make xiphos feel better.

They just sat like that for gods knows how long. After a while they went back to their cave. And the rest of the day Kat spent making xiphos happy, and them both making new friends.
