Hi everybody! I'm glad you're here to read my chapter and I hope you won't be disappointed 😅
I'm going to reveal my sources and recommend you some of them, so if you're looking for a new book about The Fab Four (if no, it is a big mistake, you know, this type of publication is always needed🤓), my tips might help you.
Love Me Do. 50 Great Beatles Moments
I'd definetely recommend this lovely book. It's nickname could be The Beatles For Beginners. It's wonderfully written (at least my translated version is) in a form of kinda short stories. The main structure, main facts, main people, main interviews... everything is mentioned there on circa 250 pages and it is interesting even for an old Beatlemaniac because of its wide range (it ends with George's death, not with 1970). But, some minuses, I found there several inaccuracies and the author is sometimes expressing more his own opinion than the facts. Still it is really good, complex book.
The Beatles: The Band That Changed the World
It's kinda similar to 👆only with more pictures, though I think Live Me Do contains more information. It describes even longer era - up to 2016 - Eight Days A Week. Beside this, I don't know what to say, maybe that I didn't know before reading it that John used to imitate Gene Vincent in Hamburg.
