You're sitting on the couch waiting for Taylor to return from her 6 month long tour, her plane landed at 1:00 am and its currently 1:35 so she should be home soon.
You're trying your best to stay awake but your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier, eventually you drift off.
About 20 minutes later, the door opens and Taylor calls out for you "y/n?"
She walks into the living room to find you sprawled out on the couch sleeping peacefully. She smiles at you before placing a kiss to your forehead and picking you up to bring you to your guys' bed.
"Hmm" you start to wake "Tay?-"
"Shh, it's ok sweetie. Go back to sleep." She gives you another kiss, this time on your cheek
"mhm" with that you fall back to sleep
Taylor lays you down on your side of the bed before changing into her PJs and climbing into bed next to you.
For a while she just lays there, watching you sleep, loving how calm and content you look. You roll over in your sleep, putting your arm over her body.
She softly laughs at you before snuggling into your chest and falling asleep to the sound of your heartbeat.
