Kyoko Kirigiri sat at her desk, looking around at all the various files and papers she had on it. Recently, a bunch of different cases had each appeared; and she'd been tasked with finding them all out. So far, she'd solved all of them with dedication, but soon something would come that she was never prepared for.
Suddenly, a knock can be heard from her office's door, and the detective goes up from her desk to answer it. When she opens the door, she finds none other than Aoi Asahina. ''Heya, Kyoko!'' Aoi said, putting her left arm up in a wave while having a big donut in her right hand. It seemed like she hadn't changed at all since the killing game, still that friendly spirit, still that love for donuts; and still that Ultimate Swimming Pro talent.

The only noticeable difference really was just that she'd become a Cop. ''Oh, Hina. Hello.'' Kyoko said, folding her arms together as she studied Aoi. She had a bright blue police outfit and a small cap the same color as her outfit. She also wore a white belt with some donuts decorated on it; and her pants were fairly normal. ''Why did you come here?'' Kyoko questioned, remaining still as the wind from a half-open window blew against her hair. ''Weeell, I heard you've been in here all day, so I've decided to make up a new thing: Hina's Daily Check-up!'' Aoi proudly exclaimed, taking a bite from her donut in the process. While munching the delicious treat, she resumed.
''Whadya think, Kyoko? I'll be checking up on eeveryone I think needs it!''

The detective thought for a moment. This new ''Hina's Daily Check-up'' thing seemed way too cheery for a job like being a detective or a cop. Although being cheery was kind of just Aoi's natural personality trait.  ''Well, it certainly seems ..kind of pointless, if I can say so myself.'' She finally said, going over to close the window after doing so, then coming back to the door. ''Oh, and you're allowed to come in if you'd like.'' Kyoko added, opening the door further as to let Aoi in. ''Aw... so you don't approve it?'' Aoi said, disappointed as she walked more into Kyoko's personal office. With a small, disappointed frown, she navigated over to a big shelf filled with books and started to observe them. Kyoko, still standing at the door, moved over to her desk and sat on her chair once again like she had originally.

After a small thirty minutes, Aoi went over to the door and looked back at Kyoko, opening her mouth. ''So, I'll be going now - Cya!'' She seemed more cheerful than before, opening the now closed door and exiting Kyoko's office. Kyoko, being the only one left now, continued to read the files while saying goodbye to an already gone Aoi.

One day later.

The long, light pastel purple hair of a familiar detective ran down the hallway of the police station. Along her way, she'd met Aoi again and gotten the news that she'd found a new detective's office and had decided to do a check-up there aswell. When Kyoko had heard this, she immediatly asked where Aoi had found it, and now Kyoko was here: running in the hallway, looking for a supposed new detective's office. And just a few moments later, she ended up right where she wanted to be. The sign infront of the door read:

DETECTIVE'S OFFICE TWO
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
            xxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Kyoko squinted. No matter how hard she tried, it was impossible to find out and honestly read whatever text was on that sign. She ended up even more confused and suspicious than she already was when she'd found out about this, and she just knocked on the door patiently. It took some minutes, but eventually the door slowly started to open, revealing...
