Potions class

I woke up to the sound of footsteps in the dorm i rub my eyes and open the to bed meet with a pair of big brown eyes.

Neither of the two Spoke only exchanging looks at each other,until Valerie went to turn round and go back to sleep.
'Val, can we talk please' Hermione asked with a pleasing look on her face.
'Sure' I say sitting up and patting a spot on the bed for her to sit down.
'Before you say anything Val I just want you to know that I completely understand if you don't want to talk about what happened I won't push,all I want to do is make sure ur okay' Hermione said looking at the girl confused when she sees a smile growing on Valeries face.
"Mione thank you no has ever been this kind to me" I say looking at her smiling
"So are we okay now" mione asks looking down to the floor"
"Of course we are" Val says smiling."let's get down to the hall"

Both the girls walked down to the hall smiling and laughing while talking about classes until when they walked in and Hermione looked at Val and saw her face drop.
"Hey look at me dont worry about her ignore her" Hermione says while sharing a comforting look with the girl
Valerie smiles while looking at mine and they both walk to the table sitting down with everyone.
"Hey Val" Fred says
"Missed us" George says smiling at the girl
"Of course I did can't go a day without you two"she says sarcastically
"Anybody know what class we have today" Valerie asks looking around
"Potions with snape" Harry says to the girl
"Ugh I hate potions" Valerie says while taking a bite of toast.

Valerie and Hermione walk into snapes class and quickly take a seat.
"Today we will be making a wit-sharping potion,so everyone get your books out and start brewing with your partners"
Valerie and Hermione smile at each other both about to speak
"I dibs getting the ingredients" Valerie says laughing at the girls sulking face.
"Fine if you insist" Hermione says getting a cauldron out"

Valerie begins to walk over to the cupboard when a certain girl pushes her out the way laughing at her.
"Could you not" Valerie says walking over to the girl.
"What just a friendly little mishap Valerie nothing major" Nicole laughs watching Valerie grab armadillo bile.
Nicole quickly knocks into the girl again as the jar fall to the ground and smashes.
Both girl looking at each other but before Valerie could say anything snape buts in
"Huxley, Martin both of you detention after school.
Valerie sighs and walks over to Hermione sitting down at her desk.
"You okay"Hermione asks the girl
"Yeah" Valerie says nodding at the girl " let's get this potion started"

Both the girls were sitting in there dorms as Valerie was getting prepared to go to detention.
"Hey if she bothers you tonight let me know I'll give her a piece of my mind" Hermione says making Valerie giggle
"Of course my knight  in shining armour" the girl says laughing as she looks at the time.
"Shit I gotta head down now okay I'll be back soon" Valerie says to the girl
"Good luck" Hermione shouts to her as the door shuts.

Hermione sat up on her bed putting her book down to anxious to read worrying about the girl who she had only met a couple of days ago who she felt like she's known for her whole life, she hoped that the sick feeling in her stomach would go away soon knowing it was only nervous she decides to get her diary out and right down her worries waiting for Valerie to return.
