i got excepted:

part two: i got excepted.
hi, so i'm y/n, y/n barrett.
i go by madison also, it's kinda like my middle name-
anywaysss,
i woke up to my alarm going off around 8:45.
i rolled out of bed, going to my bathroom i took a shower, brushed my teeth, straighten my hair, and did a light but natural makeup look.

this was my outfittt^.
yup, i know, i'm VERY dramatic sometimes.
but i'm SUPER excited because today is when i find out if i got excepted into yale or not.
addison and i are gonna open them on facetime when we get them.
—— skip a couple hours. —-
it's now currently 2:47 pm. and the mail has just came.
as soon as i saw that, i ran upstairs in my room, grabbing my phone and calling addison.
as soon as i pressed call, she answer immediately.
y/n: hiii hoeee. i say exited, but calmly.
addison: hey bitchhh. she says super happy.
y/n: has the mail ran for you?!
addison: yesss, literally like two mins ago, you?
y/n: yuppp, that's why i calledddd.
addison: haha, go get it so we can open themmm.
y/n: okay, okay, i'm going. i say super exited, but nervous.
while still being on facetime i run to the mailbox, grab the envelope, and run to my room.
i set addison up so she can see me and we both count down from three.
y/n&addison: one.. two.. three..
we both open the letter and read.
i look up and see addi smiling superr big.
i then read mine, and see that 'i got excepted to yale!'
when addi sees my reaction she's ask ..
addison: soo?
y/n: I GOT INNN, youu?!
addison: uh, ME TOO BITCH!
y/n: god you scared me there for a second.
i say nervous but calmly.
we then talk for about an hour on what we're gonna do, and stuff.
it's now almost 5:30 pm and we are still talking, we end up hanging up so we can pack, eat dinner, and get some rest.
i then go downstairs and eat, oh, and if your wondering my mom and dad just got home from work so i told them and they were extremely happy for me. i was super thankful to be able and have them and the support they give me.
it's now around 8 pm, i stayed up to talk to my parents we ate dinner, and just chilled and talked about life. nothing new.
i tell my parents goodnight, i then go upstairs and get ready for bed. i shower, brush my teeth, and put my hair up. i change into some sweatpants and a sweatshirt, i go in social media for a little then came across addison post.
