Classic Sonic, Shantae, and their friends were currently wondering how they were gonna protect the Chaos Emeralds.
Mighty: Man, how are we gonna protect the Emeralds now that Risky wants them?
Bolo: We'll figure something out.
Knuckles decided to apologize to Shantae for what happened between them.
Classic Knuckles: Hey Shantae?
Shantae: Yeah?
Classic Knuckles: I wanted to apologize to you about that fight we had and injuring you very badly.
Shantae smiled and accepted.
Shantae: Apology accepted Knuckles. The fight wasn't really your fault. You had just gotten tricked.
Classic Sonic and the others smiled and were happy that Shantae and Knuckles made up.
Mimic: Good! Glad you two made up! But if it happens again, I'm going Papa Bear mode!
Classic Knuckles shuddered at the thought of that.
Classic Knuckles: Point taken!
Suddenly, the Phantom Ruby noise was heard again.
Everyone: What the?
Out of the portal came a small white hedgehog. He got up and looked around confused.

Ray: Another hedgehog?
Classic Sonic went to talk to it.
Classic Sonic: Hello there.
???: Who are you?
Classic Sonic: I'm Sonic. Sonic The Hedgehog. And you are?
???: Silver. Silver The Hedgehog. Pleasure to meet you.
Classic Sonic: The pleasure's mine.
Classic Sonic and Classic Silver shook hands.
Shantae, being amazed, came out to meet the new hedgehog.
Shantae: Woah. Another Hedgehog?
Classic Silver freaked out when he saw her.
Classic Silver: Ah! Don't hurt me!
Shantae jumped a little.
Shantae: It's okay! I'm not gonna hurt you! I'm friendly!
Classic Sonic: This is Shantae. The Guardian Genie of Scuttle Town.
Classic Silver: Scuttle Town?
Shantae: I'll show you around later, but first I've got some friends that I want you to meet.
