Gulf woke up in unfamiliar surroundings, the round king-size bed has a familiar scent but the room is more elegant like a room of a king.

"A king? " Gulf thought, he remembers his mate. Their fight and how Mild join in and calm him down. He check himself, his cloth was change. He is about to get off the bed when the bathroom door wide opens.

Mew standing at the bathroom door looking at him surprised, Gulf who stare at him look down for his mate is half-naked with a small towel around his waist.

"You're awake! " Mew said while walking towards him. Gulf didn't know how to react, the last thing he remembers is he fought with his mate but Mew is acting like nothing's happened.

Mew stands in front of him, few inches apart. Held his chin to look up, he look at his mate with mixed feelings and emotions.

"You're awake! " Mew said again looking directly to his eyes but Gulf is confused.

"You see that I'm awake why asked me twice? " Gulf snap, he tried to look away again but Mew hold his chin tighter.

"Because I want to hear a yes or a yeah! " Mew said smiling at his mate.

Gulf look at him in a confused state, the aura that emitting from his mate is new to him. The fact his mate is half-naked in front of him, small drops of water are dripping from his hair and chest.

"What are you up to Mew? And where am I? " Gulf said still looking up for Mew didn't let go of his chin.

"You're inside the palace, this is our room! " Mew said taking one step closer to his mate.

Gulf held his breath, the fresh scent of lavender and rose is lingering around Mew. It gave him an exciting feeling instead of annoyance. Swallowing hard he was able to speak and ask his mate.

"What we are doing here? Are you planning to imprisoned m-" Gulf words were cut off when Mew's lips attack him.

The kiss was soft, it's slowly moving and biting a bit of his skin. The scent was now mixed with strawberry and vanilla.

"Hhmm... " Gulf moan trying to push Mew away but to no avail until he was laid down in bed again Mew hovering above him. His hand was pinned above his head.

The kiss started to get deeper and rough as Gulf can't control himself but to reciprocate the kiss.

"I am calm now Mew, let go! " Gulf mind link his mate, but Mew's hand travel down from his shoulder to his chest.

The lapping sound of wet kisses echoed inside the room and the sweet cute moan escape from both of them.

"Love... I'm calm now we can stop! " Gulf said again through their mind link and he was thankful that Mew let go of his lips.

Panting, They stare at each other.

"I won't let anyone hurt you Gulf, if you want to go to war I will go with you, you are a future Queen Luna of the wolf kind, I can't lose you! " Mew said in all sincerity.

"I'm sorry Mew, you don't know anything about me. You have all the chances to let go of me, I'm not the kind of Luna that your people wanted to have! " Gulf said looking away.

He is a killer, a criminal of his kind, an assassin. He is a vampire, he is a wolf. A curse that might bring disaster and calamity to his mate. No one knows if love can truly mend up everything.
