Chapter 17 : Epilogue 2

Incident that took place in San Marino, 2011 :

Daniel Cafaro and his partner Fabio Ricci had been assigned to a mission to San Marino in a very secluded area that had reports of extraterrestrial sightings.

With the Survey Team's report, it looked a bit weird. So they were ordered to thoroughly check it out. However, a third person had also joined the team, unaware of William Hills' knowledge.

The three of them encountered two lifeforms up in the terrains. And Daniel asked them what they wanted.

"I'm Biscata and this right here, is Akent," he introduced, "and we come from Planet Asketan."

"Asketan ?" Daniel asked, "Wasn't it the planet that was attacked by Kronox in the Wat ?".

Daniel knew that Metuna was also from Planet Asketan.

"Yes, now we reside on a different planet," Biscata replied, "but we wanted another place to live in. We don't like it there."

"You can not stay here." Daniel declared.

And thus the battle among the team of three vs two had begun. But it was a hard fight. Since, unlike any other lifeform they had encountered, Biscata had a gun, a very different looking powerful gun, that shot waves of blasts through the air.

Daniel had been dodging those shots, not only because he was being very careful about it, but also because he was unaware of what it was shooting in the first place. As the battle extended, both members of the team were down, except for Daniel, who was using his ability of 'Super-Stamina' to keep up.

But then Biscata suddenly chose to shoot Fabio and Daniel came right in front of Fabio to save him. It resulted in Daniel facing an impeccable impact, but he stood up again, with his healing ability that saved him. But, since he used his power in both forms of stamina and healing, he had exhausted himself completely.

Biscata walked towards Daniel, holding his gun, and asked again if he accepted defeat.

"No." Daniel replied.

"Then be prepared to die," Biscata yelled.

And Daniel knew this was his last moment before he was shot by the gun again, and he wouldn't be able to heal himself with his abilities, given that he was now completely exhausted.

But then, Daniel decided something and said, "I can help you win your Planet Asketan back from Kronox."

Biscoto still didn't lower his gun down, "How do you plan on doing it ?"

"Space Allies !" Daniel revealed to Biscata, still standing in front of the gun, deciding that he was not going to die today. He went on telling Biscata his plan of meeting every lifeform that Kronox had started a war with, and how he intended to gather everyone to bring them back to Earth for the War against Kronox in the year 2022. Daniel explained it was a win-win situation. The lifeforms that were troubled by Kronox could get their revenge in a war, since they would be getting a second chance again. And also how if things went as said, Earth would have much more allies to counter Kronox back in the upcoming war. Daniel told Biscata everything.

"I get it," Biscata said, "but you have to tell this to my tribe leader. I think he will agree to bring a Space Ally to you. But you have to come with me. Right now."

Daniel breathed heavily, having just escaped death seconds ago. But seeing that big gun in Biscata's hand, Daniel knew he wouldn't permit him to stay just for a few seconds so that he could see Metuna again before leaving. He didn't want to take the risk, he didn't want to risk his life again.

And that night, Daniel and his two partners left Earth on Biscata's spaceship in order to form an extraterrestrial alliance, and to secure the future of his and every other planet.

Daniel looked down when they left, and a thought passed to his head before leaving.

'Metuna, I'm sorry to leave you like this. I wish I had a choice, but I can't risk my life two times in a row. You know you hold a special place in my life, and I will always cherish that. I hope you could take care of Kevin for as long as you can. And even if William Hills finds about you, I know where you'll tell him to send you, because that is the same Planet I am heading to right now, Rosterina - the Planet of Glimmer.
I will meet you soon, Metuna.

And Kevin, hold on my boy. I owe you a long trip way before I owe you an apology. I hope you will grow up well. Oh, who am I kidding, you have Metuna's genes inside you, you'll most probably be a rebel like her. And it wouldn't even surprise me if you picked up a battle with ACROSS just to find your mother back. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. It's a matter of a few years, Kevin. I will be back. I will be back before Kronox even thinks of laying his filthy hand on you. I will be back with my Space Allies.'

On that particular night, three members of ACROSS went missing from Earth without any trace : Daniel Cafaro, Fabio Ricci and Eric Hills.
