Untitled Part 2

Mia sat with her friends. She wasn't exactly popular, but she did have a few people she was really close to. She got teased a lot because most of her friends were guys, but could you really blame her? The girls at her school were just all complete jerks. Not that all of the boys at her school were great people, but she prefered her friends over any girl at the school any day.

One such friend was her next door neighbor Niall Horan. And he was currently stuffing not only his entire serving of pizza, but Harry's as well, into his mouth at the same time. Mia couldn't help but laugh at his attept to eat the food all at once.

"You know Niall, some people eat their food one bite at a time." Mia teases and the blonde boy blushes. He knows that his eating habits aren't normal and can be a bit self concious about it. Mia gently pats his sholder to show him she didn't mean it.

"I'm just so hungry!" He complains, forcing more pizza into his mouth. Mia shakes her head at him.

"Sometimes I wonder why I'm still friends with you people," She mutters jokingly. Of course she dosen't really mean it. These idiots are her best friends, and she wouldn't trade them for the world.

"Because you love us!" Louis bounces into his seat hyperly, pulling his boyfriend Harry down in the chair next to him. Harry looks a bit embarresed by how flamboyant Louis could be, and smiles apoligetically at the other people seated at the table. Internally, Mia finds Louis and Harry's relationship the most adorable thing ever and she can't help but smile at them whenever the two were together. It was just too cute to behold.

"Alas, it is true," Mia shakes her head at the strange way her and her friends ask before changing the subject. "How was math?" She turns to Harry and Louis, the two who had just come from that class. Louis snorts.

"Harry and I had a proper good time. I kissed him sensless in front of the class. The teacher threatened to send us to the office." He laughs, causing Harry to blush a deep red. Mia laughs, them becomes a bit more serious as a question comes to mind.

"Louis, why were you kissing Harry in front of the entire class in the first place?" She asks. Louis just grins.

"Because I felt like it," He grins at Harry, who turns an even darker shade of red, if that's even possible. Mia laughs. These two have literally the weirdest relationship. Niall shakes his head.

"You two are unbeleivable. I think I'm just gonna take Mia to science and let you two finish whatever your math teacher no doubt interrupted." He takes Mia's hand and helps her to her feet.

"How considerate of you." Louis remarks arrogantly, causing Niall to laugh a little bit and Mia to roll her eyes, following Niall to the trash cans to throw away their trash. While they're walking, Mia catches sight of her least favorite boy in the school, standing to throw away his own trash. With out uttering a word, she forces Niall to stop walking until he leaves the cafeteria. It isn't that Mia is scared of him or something, it's just that she really doesn't like confrontation, ans Zayn seemed to seek it out. So as a general rule, she avoids him.

"You okay Mia?" He asks, not having seen Zayn. He didn't know why Mia had stopped walking, and he was worried that something might be going on. But Mia simply smiles at him.

"Everything's fine," Mia assured him, quickly throwing away her trash before walking towards science with Niall. They've been friends for as long as Mia can remember, and they had only grown closer over time. The silence between them is comfortable, not strained and Mia mentally thanks God for giving her such good friends. Harry and Louis are great people to, even if they got caught up in each other from time to time. Mia could honestly say that Niall, Harry, and Louis were more of family to her than friends, and she wouldn't trade them for anything.
