NewYork was experiencing a blackout across the whole city. There was no power anywhere and the group decided to gather in Monica's apartment.

"Wow, this is so cool you guys the entire city is blacked out." Rachel said as she was looking out the balcony window.

Monica was on the phone to her mom.

"Mom says it's all of Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn and Queens, and they have no idea when it's coming back on." Monica spoke from the phone.

"Wow. You guys this is big." Ashley said while helping Joey light some candles so that the group could see.

Monica was still on the call with her mom now arguing about what she was wearing. Seconds later she hung up the call due to her stress levels increasing.

"Can I borrow the phone? I want to call my apartment and check on my grandma." Phoebe asked while getting up from the couch she had been sitting on.

"Wait, what's my number?" She asked.

Monica gave her a shrug and confused look.

"Well i never call me." Phoebe argued.

Joey and Ashley soon ran out of the candles they had been spreading about the apartment.

"Do you think you and Chandler might have some over at your place?" Ashley asked.

"I'm not sure. We're going to have to go and check." Joey replied.

"Okay. Mon, me and Joey have to go check for more candles over at the guys place. We'll be back soon."

And with that they left.

When they got to the guys place the pair looked in all the rooms, but due to the fact a blackout was happening no one could see a thing.

"Woah!" Ashley shouted

"Hey!" Joey exclaimed.

Ashley had fallen into Joey, thankfully Joey  caught her by her  arms but both fell backwards onto the couch due to how much force Ashley fell at. Ashley landed on top of Joey and the pair had came into a fit of giggles.

There was a candle that had been lit earlier centimetres away from them both so they could catch glimpses of one another.

The laugh slowly faded and they looked into each other's eyes. It felt like the whole world had stopped and only them two were alive.
