Colours are something quite extraordinary. They can bring emotions and memories. And those emotions and memories often give people their favourite colour.

It can vary from yellow to blue, from green to orange, and from red to purple.

But colour can also trick the mind. Make them think in certain ways.

So is red associated with danger and evil.

While yellow with happiness and good.

Colour can also change your view on the world.

So see people the world in black and white, some through pink glasses and in Aurora's Snicket cake, in grey. Because she was slowly starting to doubt the good from the bad.

And as she sat in Olaf's car with the Baudelaires in the boot, she knew one thing for certain. That Count Olaf is...

"Alone! Desperate. Defeated. These are words I thought I'd never use except when talking about other people." Olaf exclaimed with frustration before driving the car wildly, causing the troupe and Esmé to scream while Aurora sat calmly in her seat.

"Darling! Don't you think you ought to slow down a bit?" Esmé asked Olaf with panic in her voice but Olaf didn't listen.

"First the Baudelaires orphans escape my clutches, then I find out through Snicket Junior's stupid dead father that now one of their parents may still be alive. Do you know what it feels like to have your life spin out of control, as if driven by the cruel whims of some unpredictable madman?" Olaf exclaimed.

"Yes. You literally kidnapped me." Aurora replied with a pissed tone as Olaf glared at her.

"I can't imagine that at all." Fernald chuckled making Aurora softly roll her eyes and look back out of the window. Even though in the Hinterlands there was literally nothing except for some packs starving lions.

"Where we headed?" Alex asked once Olaf calmed down.

"We are going to Caligari Carnival," Olaf replied as Aurora couldn't wait to see Olivia again and hopefully be safe with the Baudelaires.

"You think you've got problems, I'm never gonna find the sugar bowl out here in the Hinterlands. I'm as miserable as the pack of starving lions we just passed on the side of the road." Esmé complained.

"Let's hope that Madame Lulu can turn things around, or I might just drive this car off a cliff." Olaf sneered as he started driving recklessly again.

"Maybe some wine will help us relax," Fernald suggested.

"Yes, yes, Olaf. Wine. Get the fruity Merlot from the trunk." The white-faced ladies agreed.

"No!" Aurora exclaimed quickly.

"For once I agree with Snicket Junior. Drinking and driving? Are you insane? That's incredibly reckless," Olaf exclaimed as Aurora sighed with relief. "Then again, I am very parched. But it can wait," Aurora tensed before she relaxed again. "If this Madame Lulu is real, we'll be able to hunt down all the surviving Baudelaires and we'll be able to celebrate with all the trunk wine we want. My spirits are lifting already." Olaf finished as he chuckled deviously and the troupe soon joined while Aurora blew a strand of her hair out of her face.
