The day that I was dreading was here. The first day of school and I was nervous. I was expecting less attention than what I've gotten. Being Kate and Tyler Smith eyes were automatically drawn to them but it seemed that eyes were on me as well. As I walked down the hall all I could hear are people whispering about me. " Is that Jase Smith? No it can't be. " I was just surprise that kids at my school knew my name. I thought this was going to be a great day but as usual I was wrong. People did treat me different and people actually talked to me but, I still felt awkward about everything. Keatyn saw me in the middle of the hallway and said " you got the school talking. " Suprised my first reaction was to ask, "why? " She continued, "the way you look people are starting to take notice of you." I finally got some words out after being stocked from hearing that I've got the school talking " that's great I guess." Keatyn looked at me with confusion and said " what's wrong? I thought that this is want you wanted? " I began " it is but I just don't want it to change me and make me into a shallow person. " Keatyn looked at me with assurance and said " the only thing that will change you is you, and don't let these things and these thoughts change you. We've been friends for years and that's another that will never change." I looked towards her and smiled. We've met up with Madelyn and we wanted our first day of school to be memorable so she took a picture in front of an old oak tree that was in front of the school. After that we had to go to class, luckily we had first period together. We had Mrs. Greenfield for our English teacher. I called her Mrs. Nose-Hairs. Seriously you could take a weed weaker with those puppies. I whispered to Keatyn and Madelyn " do you think she heard of tweezers? " We all laughed but sadly Mrs. Nose-Hairs heard us and told to step out. We did and we just kept laughing and then Madelyn said " awww it's our first day back as juniors and we got in trouble together. " we all looked at each other and let out one big "awww. " " Well, I told you that I wanted to make the first day memorable, not the way I pictured it but at least I was with you two so that's all that matters, "I said. We left for the mansion after school to put an end from a memorable day.
