Lionel POV

Sash walked to the bathroom and I appreciated her curvy figure and ass. She seemed flustered but I can't help but think there is more to this woman. Apart from the age difference which I don't see a problem with as many men do date younger women. And yes she could be my daughter but she isn't and I honestly don't care what society thinks.

As I sat and waited for her to come I heard someone shouting out my name "Lionel!!" I turned and saw that it was Phillip and Maxwell my best friends since college and who I ditched for this date. I quickly got up as I wanted them gone they would scare Sash off.
"Hey guys, thought you were going to party," I asked while kind of turning them in the other direction.
Maxwell is 56 a light skin with his grey hair and muscular built and Phillip was 58 and had a Carmel complexion the oldest in the group with his black pepper love he was not muscular as us but he too was in great shape. Something we ensured to do was exercise and eat right.
"Yes but then we realize dream weekend wasn't really for us. These kids are all over the place splashing water. It looks fun but not for us grown folks." Phillip said and I nodded as I had told them this from the outset.
" James and Henry will be here tomorrow we were thinking of going golfing tomorrow and catch up for dinner after, " Maxwell said.
" Okay great well I will see you tomorrow I said still hoping they would get the drift and leave.
" Who are you here with you have been very nervous which you never are unless it's a woman and you haven't down that since college," Maxwell said eyeing me keenly.

I scratched the back of my head and then I heard Maxwell say " Sasha is that you ?" I turned around hoping it was the next Sasha but it was mine.
She looked like she saw a ghost and she was nervous as she replied shakily" Yes Mr Lee. "
" How do you both know each other I asked.
" My daughter and her work together they are friends. But how? " he asked looking between us and he got the drift and looked at me and shaped his head then said " I will talk to you later " he and Phillip left.

" I don't think it is wise for us to date, it was nice knowing you. I however can't do this" she said pointing in between us.
"Sash I would like us to at least remain friends no strings attached. How about we head back in and I give you my number and let you decide from there. " I said and she nodded. I paid the bill and we left. l, walking in silence she looked as if she was thinking about something as she tapped her fingers against her side and her eyes kept twitching.

"Sasha I enjoyed this evening wish it could have been longer. Here is my card with my info if you ever need someone just to talk to I am here. " I said as we had reached her room door and I kissed her hand then she walked he not so much as uttered a word to me.

I went to my room and of course, the guys were at the door. " Why we're you out with a child one that could be not only your daughter but your God daughters best friend. " Maxwell said. I hissed my teeth and walked in, I really can't take their bullshit right now.

"You do know age is just a number right and she is not my daughter not is nor is she my goddaughter and it doesn't make me a paedophile ."

"Lionel, she is too young for you? Find someone more mature and older. " Maxwell said he was starting to irritate me.
" There are women our age who are illiterate and not mature. And if I finally find a woman that makes me feel like I a on cloud nine I am going to bumboclaat pursue her" I said. Maxwell chuckled and left.
" Do you have something to say?." I asked Phillip and he said" As long as you both are good and you both are aware of the backlash you are going to receive who am I to say anything." with that said Phillip left. While I went to get some fresh air on the balcony.
