Chapter Seven

Evelyn's POV

November

"Tyler! Yo, Tyler!" Bryce shouts as he and Monty unbutton and unzip their pants

"Hey, Ty-Ty! Nice, ass buddy!" Monty shouts before he and Bryce moon Tyler causing all of us to laugh

*3 Hours Later*

"I don't know what Justin's going to do. He says he wants to shut Clay down." Jess says causing Marcus to scoff

"We tried that." Marcus says

"Clay must have listened to his tape. I told you, he listens to his tape, everything changes." Zach says from beside me

"He hasn't listened to his tape. He just heard Tyler's. He didn't say anything about Jessica's party." Marcus says

"But when he does, he'll probably believe Hannah. He won't know that she's lying." Jess says before Courtney walks over to our table

"Clay's mom came to see Bolan." Courtney says

"What? Why?" Zach asks

"What else could it be?" Courtney asks

"No, Clay wouldn't tell his mom about the tapes." Jess says as Courtney sits down across from Zach

"Why not? He wasn't shy about Tyler." Marcus says

"That would be so messed up if he told his mom. I'm with Justin. We need to do something serious." Zach says

"I agree." I say

"What, so your mom doesn't find out?" Jess asks

"Yeah, among other people, like maybe your dad." Zach says

"What can we do, if he's already ratted us out? I mean, I'm on track for valedictorian. I do not need this shit." Marcus says

"Yes, Marcus, the most important thing right now is your valedictorian speech. Let's keep that in mind." Courtney says sarcastically before Tyler walks up to our table

"You talking about Clay?" Tyler asks

"Keep your voice down, dude." Zach says before Tyler sits down across from me

"Whatever you're doing, I want in." Tyler says

"We're not doing anything, Tyler. It's not like we would trust you if we were." Courtney says

"This--this--this isn't fair." Tyler says

"Dude, get the hell out. Seriously." Zach says

"I--I--I have a right to be here, guys--" Tyler starts

"I will snap your arm in two." Zach threatens before Tyler gets up from the table and walks away

"Let me deal with it. Okay? Quietly. No snapping of arms." Courtney says

-Later That Evening-

I'm seated in the backseat of Alex's car with Zach, Alex is in the driver seat, and Justin is in the passenger seat as Alex drives up behind Clay who is on his bike before Alex blares on the horn

Alex pulls around him before cutting him off and putting the car in park before Zach and Justin climb out

"What the hell?" Clay asks

"Wanna go for a ride real quick?" Justin asks him

"No." Clay says

"We think you do." Zach says before he snatches Clay's bike

"What the hell, man?" Clay asks before Zach puts the bike in the trunk

"What're you doing?" Clay asks
