Playing games with Natasha

chapter 2

When Anna gets my coffee, she puts it on my desk and turn to leave before she looks back at me.

"Umm ma'am, the list is ready" she says.

"What list" I say bringing out my laptop.

"The list of people that wants to be your personal Assistant"

"Oh really"

"Yes" she says staring at the walls, correction my walls.

The color of the wall is sky blue with a book shelf on the left corner and pictures of me placed on the table stand on the right. My desk is placed in the middle of the wide room and a huge glass window at the back of my desk. Sometimes when i look at the window I just imagine i'm God looking at my people.

"Get the list by the end of today"

"Okay, oh and Mr Wong called yesterday" she says still standing looking at the floor.

What. And she didn't tell me she did the right thing by looking at the floor or else I would have grabbed her eye ball and feed it to my.......

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier, you were just so busy and I didn't want to bother you" she says dragging me from my thought.

"This should not repeat again okay" I said glaring at her.

"Okay, I'm sorry" she says, bringing her blue eyes to mine.

"What did he say"

"He said that he is going to invest 600,000 dollars and partner with you"

"Really that's great, you can leave now"

She nods and exit.

Time passes and Vanessa my best friend is here talking about her ex. Great.

"Can I tell you something"  I say

"Sure" she says crossing her two leg on my desk.

"Just cause you have 6..."

"Actually 16 but continue" she correct me.

"16 ex, that doesn't mean you should rub it In my face" I say and she rolls her eyes.

"Please, I'm not rubbing it in your face, I'm just telling you"

"Whatever" I sigh "anyway I'm going to go get lunch are getting anything"

"Yeah just French Fries and a soda"

"Okay" I say before walking out.

when I'm downstairs, I walk out the door and go to the nearest fast food restaurant and order.

When I'm done i good back to my office and hand Vanessa her food.

Time passes like a breeze and by the time I'm done printing a new design, it's already five and Vanessa has gone leaving alone in my huge office.

I hand my office key to Anna and grab the list before heading downstairs.

I dial leo and tell him to come pick me up before heading out the door.

By the time his here it's almost six.

"Why did you come so late" I ask him before entering the back seat.

"Sorry it was traffic ma'am"

"This must not repeat again"

"Okay ma'am" he says  and turn on the engine.

By the time we're home it's already six And Im  Greeted by my maids.

I head to my king-sized bedroom and take off my clothes before heading to my bathroom.

When I'm done I put on my PJs and lay on my bed to bring out the list. The first name catches my attention

"Noah Peterson"
