Playing games with Natasha

Chapter 7

The party had started, and it was amazing. Though I couldn't come out cause I am wearing cropped top and jeans. Anna isn't yet here with the dress so I had to stay inside my office.

Vanessa has worn her dress and she's attending to the guest, something I should be doing but I can't because of the damn.....

"Madam" Anna knocks.

"Come in and lock door" I get up from my office seat.

"Mr Ryan Cruz is here" she hands me the dress.

"He is I thought he said he wasn't coming"

"He changed his mind"

"Okay" I clear my throat "Let's go to the restroom, so you could help me change but before that go give him a drink"

We both quickly rushed out of my office and I go to the bathroom. When the dress is finally on Vanessa opens the door and I tell her to help me zip my dress.

Anna comes later and helps me put on my shoes while Vanessa helps me with my makeup. The funny thing is that we got all this done in the restroom.

I tell Anna to leave, then Vanessa and I walk out the bathroom. I open my purse to get my lip balm I don't like lipstick that much. But it's not there, I go back to the restroom and grab from the sink before putting it on. Then I exit the restroom once again.

I walk down the stairs and spot Vanessa with the Tom guy, I only see him in picture.

I've never seen him in real life his quite charming with blue eyes blonde hair and his in a black tuxedo.

I then walk out through the crowd. Waving and smiling at anyone with direct eye contact with me. Till I'm face to face with a guy. He has dark hair, brown eyes and his in a suit and taller than me.

He looks Into my eyes and smile. "Hi I'm Ryan Cruz, Mr Jackson assistant and you must be" he extend he's hand to shake me

I laughs "oh sweetie, I'm the boss"

I smirk and walk out. I'm actually pissed off why would he call me Mr while he wrote Miss.

"Madam, Mr Wong is here" Anna whisper in my ear, pointing in his direction.

I nod and walk towards him. Planting a smile on my lips.

He's looks like a typical Korean, no difference.

"Uh, Mr Wong a pleasure to meet you" I extend my hand to shake him.

"You too" he shakes my hand, returning my smile.

"What a nice party, what's it for?" He asks.

"You'll see" I excuse myself, to go get a drink and a spoon and walk to the center of the room. Signaling the DJ to reduce the music.

"Can I have your attention" I tap on the drink with my spoon. "First of all I would like to thank everyone for making it here to this event. I'm happy for Jackson design collaboration with Mr Wong, thanks by the way" I point to him and everyone claps. "I would like to thank my best friend Vanessa"I point at her. "And my receptionist, Anna, all this here" i wave at the room. "It's all her. So I say cheers. Cheers to Mr Wong, cheers to Vanessa, cheers to Anna, cheers to everyone here in the room, and the last but not least cheers to my new P A Mr Ryan Cruz" I say and everyone claps.

I tell the DJ to play the music, and go to thank everyone. I see Vanessa alone and walk up to her.

"Hey Vanessa, where's Tom" I search the room for him.

"Him and the Ryan guy are friends so he dragged Ryan to the restroom I guess" she sips are drinks. "Anyway, you did amazing up there" she complments.

"Thanks" I smile.

We stand in silence, before she taps on shoulder. "There he is" she points at him.

"Hey, I'm Tom" he smiles at me. I then see Ryan behind him

"Natasha" I return the smile.

"Madam Mr and Mrs Smith is here" Annatells me, showing me where they are.

"Okay tell I'll be there in a sec" I smile at her, she's really hard working and I appreciate her for that.

I walk up to them hug Mrs Smith and shake Mr Smith.

"Wow, you were amazing up there" Mr Smith compliments.

"Yeah, but the next time you're saying a speech do well to call my name, I want everyone to know my name" Mrs Smith says.

"I will surely do that next time" I say before leaving them.

I check the time and it's already seven, time really does fly.
