Reality shifting is shifting your subconcious to another reality. We actually shift all the time. When you make the choice to have chocolate ice cream in stead of vanilla ice cream, you shift to a reality where you choose chocolate ice cream. This means there is also a reality where you choose vanilla or one where you choose nothing or another flavor. There are infinite possibilities and infinite realities. All these realities already exsist, we don't create them when we shift to another reality. This is a big misconception, a lot of people think that when they shift to a completely different reality they create that reality. The reality you shift to has always excisted. You are just moving your conciousness to that reality.
LUCID DREAMING IS NOT SHIFTING!!!
Lucid dreaming is when you dream and you are aware of that. Your subconcious is still in your CR. Shifting is when you shift your subconcious to a different reality.
What these shifting terms mean (please let me know if I forgot any):
DR = desired reality
CR = current reality
WR = Waiting room
MR = meeting room (for group shifting)
clone = your clone is a... well.. a clone of your who stays here. You shift your subconcious not your body. You leave your body in your CR, while in your DR. All you're shifting is your subconcious, not any physical objects. That's why you can't bring any for example jewelry from your DR to your CR.
affirmations = positive statements to help you shift
script = explained in a seperate chapter
respawning = explained in a seperate chapter
Your mindset is very important when shifting. You can shift, everyone knows you can. You can have doubts and that's okay. Accept those doubts and move on. You can and will shift.
Everyone has different needs. You don't have to script or use a method. Shifting is all up to you and your wishes and desires. If you need to meditate, then do it. If you don't, then don't.
And remember: YOU WILL SHIFT.
