Methods:
You do not need to use a method. If you want to shift without one that is totally fine. You also don't need a shifting routine. If you want to it's okay, if you don't that's fine too. Use what you prefer! Also keep in mind that there are a lot of methods. These are just the ones I know. If you want to find out more about it, I would reccomend looking it up on Amino or Reddit. You also don't need to meditate. If it helps you that's totally fine, but it's not neccesary. Shifting is really up to your wishes. This also mean that you can create your own method. If none of the methods you tried work, I would reccomend making your own.
A lot of people say you have to stay still during the method. This is not true, you can move around if you want. Just don't move to a completely different position.
Also you don't have to get any symptoms. A lot of people do get them, but if you don't don't worry. You can and will still shift. Symptoms are different for everyone.
If you use any awake method, I would reccomend scripting something you will smell or feel when you're there. You can also script that your eyes will automatically open when you're there. If you don't, you won't know for sure if you shifted.
I do not own any of these methods!!!
Raven method:
1: lie in a starfish position
2: count to 100 while affirming. You can use affirmations like: I am shifting or I believe I'm shifting.
3: you keep affirming with affirmations like: I am in my DR or I am grateful to be in my DR. You can also use affirmations like: My name is (your DR name). You do this until you fall asleep.
Sunni method
So what you're gonna want to do it basically trick your mind that you are already in your DR. You can lay in any position you want. Just make sure you're comfortable. The bed you're in is your DR bed. Any sounds you hear are from your DR. You are basically already in your DR. Do this until you fall asleep.
I am/julia method
You can also use this method as an awake method
1: lay in a comfortable position
2: put on theta waves 6hz
3: say affirmations like "I am" or "I am pure conciousness not attached to any reality" I would reccomend doing this until you get any symptoms.
4: count backwords from 100 or to 100
5: after reaching 100 (or 0 if you count backwards) you should be in a ideal state. You should get symptoms. Symptoms could be twitching, itching, urges to move (try to resist these). It is your body checking if you're asleep. Since you want to be 'asleep' to shift, resist the urges. If you're not in a ideal state, just keep on counting until you're there.
6: now you affirm with affirmations like: "I am in my desired reality" or "I am (your DR name)" "I am grateful to be in my DR" try to focus on being in your DR rather than the process itself
7: try visualizing your DR. If you have trouble visualising, use your other senses. The blanket you feel is your DR blanket.
8: keep repeating step 6 and 7 until you fall asleep. When you wake up, you wake up in your DR. If you choose this method as an awake method, you just open your eyes and you're there.
There is a very helpful guided meditation which guides you through all the steps. You can also find this on spotify:
Elevator method: this is a lot of visualising
1: Lay in a starfish position
2: visualise yourself entering an elevator
3: imagine the elevator going up. With every level your vibrations get higher. You get closer and closer to shifting
4: Once you believe you're on the right level, you leave the elevator. When you walk out you walk into your DR.
5: You should see your DR self in your DR bed. You enter the body and fall asleep
pillow method:
This is probably one of the easiest methods. All you do is put your script under your pillow and visualise and/or affirm. You should fall asleep eventually and when you wake up, you wake up in your DR
Lazy method: no visualisation
1: lay down on your bed in any comfortable position
2: say out loud: "I give my body permission to shift"
3: You can count to calm down your brain
4: Once you think you counted far enough, you focus on your breath work. In and out. In and out.
5: You do that until you get the realisation that you can't feel your body anymore. Once you're there you say: "I give myself permission to shift"
6: Then you fall asleep and wake up in your DR
Estelle method
1: lay down in a comfortable position
2: Put on some music you can dance to (can be any kind of dance)
3: Imagine you're dancing to that song in your DR with someone important for you from your DR
4: You can play it on loop. Once it finishes your DR person asks you: "are you ready to go home?"
5: They take you to a door
6: You open the door. On the other side is a white light
7: Once you walk through, you should feel like you're falling. Repeat affirmations and visualise your DR
8: Then you either fall asleep or open your eyes and you're there.
Subliminals
A subliminal is music with affirmations underneath it. Your subconcious will pick up on those affirmations. You can listen to subliminals during the day, before shifting or during shifting. Remember that there are bad subliminals out there. Those could give you night mares and won't help you shift.
Here is one subliminal I really reccomend. You can also find it on spotify:
I heard from a lot of people that when they try to shift they get very excited when they feel the symptoms. It is important to stay calm. Getting overly excited might not give you the last push you need to shift.
