I finished school for the summer on Friday (so on the 28th), and let me tell you, it's been quite a rollercoaster ride from there.
Between going out drinking with my friends (no, I'm not legal, leave me alone), singing obnoxiously loudly on top of the ruins of a castle, two sleepovers, accidentally breaking my glasses, getting a new phone (a special thank you to my rich uncle who got it for me without me even knowing - my old phone was barely holding on), going on a nice long walk in a forest, and a person I know having to be admitted to hospital after a medical emergency (I won't be expanding on what exactly happened, but it was scary) - the past few days have been... something else, to say the least.
It has been bit of a wild start to the summer holidays, to say the least.

I might get some peace on Thursday though - both today and Wednesday are going to be be busy as well.
Well, I guess that's better than being stuck at home and not doing anything (you know, like I do most of the time).

Also, how is it June already? How? My brain is having a hard time catching up.
As far as I'm concerned, it was March yesterday, and January the week before that.
But apparently not. Apparently it's somehow June.
The Earth keeps on spinning without caring how we feel about it.
Both metaphorically and literally, because Earth is a floating rock thing, you know?
It's just doing what it does because it is an inanimate object that has living objects on it.
