I'm going to see my family this Friday! I get to leave the country!
(I'm an immigrant and most of my family lives in a different country than my parents, siblings and I do).
I haven't seen any of them in two years, so I'm excited.
I have to get my Covid test done tomorrow, which won't be fun, but it's a small price to pay for being able to leave the country for a while and see some family and friends.
Also, I cut my hair two days ago for the first time in three years (apart from that one time I got my ends trimmed a tiny bit, but that doesn't count). I've had it long for a really long time and it was getting annoying so I asked my mom to cut it.
I also dyed it today and I am happy with it.
I have a lot planned for my holidays in my country of origin, so if I don't write here that often (and let's be honest, I already only write here like once every one or two weeks, so I'm not doing that great with this even when I'm not away on holidays), that's probably why. But I'm going to try to write here because there's going to a lot to write about hopefully!
I'll be gone for just over a month, and I hope to make the most of that time.
And that's it. The next time that I write here, I'll be over 2000 km away from where I am now, so goodbye. I hope that the plane doesn't crash.
