ONE SPOILER FROM MR. PIGEON 72 IN THIS CHAPTER (Very small spoiler btw)

Grab a box of tissues.

"Oh! Adrien!" Rose jumped, turning around. "What are you doing here?" She smiled innocently at the boy who, as far as she knew, had no idea who Marinette was.

"I wanted to come visit Marinette." He smiled, he had forgotten that no one knew that he was Marinette's friend.

"How did you know to find her here?" Sure, Rose was always welcome to help but Adrien didn't even know who Marinette was... why was he so interested?

"I asked Chloe." Although in America, Chloe was helpful in his search for answers. Something wasn't right in this universe and he knew it... Marinette had to be the link... her absence had to be the difference.

"Isn't Chloe in-" Roses' words were interrupted by Tom's voice from earlier. 'Ask anyone that comes in if they go by the name Chat Noir.' "Never mind that." Rose stands, walking over to the opposing table and picking up the letter. "Do you go by the name... I'm going to sound like a crazy person. Do you go by the name Chat Noir?" Rose extended the card, showing him the backside, his heroine name shakily sketched across the front.

"Yes?" Adrien said, reaching his hand out to the letter.

"So you did know Marinette." Rose was watching him carefully, she could tell his intentions were good. What she did not know was why Adrien knew who Marinette was.

"Do you mind if-"

"Of course." Rose quickly brushes past Adrien and closes the door.

The boy looks down at the letter, this piece of paper held answers. He then looked up to Marinette, she was sleeping peacefully. Her chest was rhythmically moving up and down. Out of all people... why would her last- no Adrien it isn't her last, she will come back. The boy had gotten one answer, but ended in more questions. How did Marinette remember Chat Noir? AND ON TOP OF THAT why would she write to him? He walked over to Marinette's bedside... he had honestly felt empty without her presence in the classroom. Sitting in the chair Rose was once in, Adrien fiddled with the lid of the letter. These could be the last words Marinette ever says to him. He sets the letter down. "Marinette... what happens if I finish the letter and you never wake up? You'd really be gone." He lays his head down by her hand, closing his eyes. Sleep sounded nice.

"Experiencing loss is a great part of life." Master Fu's voice echoed through Adriens head. "Some loose their first love," ahead Adrien sees Juleka on the ground in front of a tomb... Rose's name embedded on it; "some loose the harmony in their relationship," Adrien turns.. he sees his mother and father arguing about something, he remembered that night; "some people loose hope," he sees Marinette's father crying at her bedside as she sleeps peacefully; he turns again... now facing himself and Ladybug... a memory "others loose patience", it was true... before waking up in this wack world Chat Noir was losing patience with Ladybug... he had begun to see other people differently; "while others loose their soul," his mother was now in his line of view, she was lying down... her head cradled in her hands; "some loose their certainties," when he saw Marinette this lump appeared in his throat, she was hiding behind a wall... a note in hand... trying to get to... him?; Fu continues, "and some have nothing to lose" Adrien saw his father in his range of vision... shouldn't a son be something left to lose...?

Adrien wanted the visions to stop, they were overwhelming and painful. Never the less, Fu's voice continued.

"Experiencing loss is a part of life but good things come too, expect the unexpected and embrace it." This reminded Adrien of his mother, if he never lost her he never would have wanted to go to school. "Each first time is an adventure, and who knows how far these adventures will lead you." Now he was reminded of his first time meeting Ladybug, she really made an entrance that day. "You find people whom you entrust your heart as much as they entrust theirs to you," Adrien smiles as he sees Marinette again, it was him and her dancing in the moonlight... suddenly the vision breaks, "that trust is sometimes broken," the boys heart aches as he sees her bike vigorously after his car... she wanted him to stay? "but it can always be restored," now he watched him and her laugh as an umbrella closed around them... that was one of his favorite memories before 'waking up'. "Yes, sometimes the road can be winding you might even get lost along the way" Adrien had to look down as he was reminded of the death of his mother... again, "but with the help of the right people, you'll always find your destination," he had found the right people... he just hadn't reached his destination.

Fu's voice ends and he hears a whimper, the room around him was dark. The memories had stopped. "Hello? Anyone there?" He called out. The whimpering stopped.

"...Adrien?" The boys eyes grew wide as the voice responded.

"Marinette?!" He began vigorously searching for her. "Marinette, where are you...? I can't see anything!"

"You are controlling this Adrien, picture where you want to be." Her voice was calm, as if she did this a lot. The boy closed his eyes...

"I want to be in New York..." Adrien smiled as he imagined the scene again, "I want to be on the rooftop, 'I Won't Hold You Back' playing as I dance in the moonlight... with Marinette." The scene developed around him and soon he felt her hands on his. Looking into her eyes seemed unreal. "You're okay." He smiled, he was crying. He pulled her into a hug. He never wanted to let her go.

"Adrien..." Marinette began to speak.

"Marinette, there is something I want to ask you." Marinette looked up at him, he wasn't the only one crying. "Will you let me take you on a date around my imagination?" He wiped the tears from her face gingerly and she nodded into his hand. They embraced again, dancing in the moonlight.

A/N: Yes, I am crying. Yes, I hope you're crying too.
