CHAPTER 1

—NICK ARMSTRONG has two wonderful friends.

One of them of which is named Clarke Juliet Allaire 'very fancy name' Nick thought
And the other is called Clay Daniels
Who was Nick's best friend from the very beginning.
The three has an inseparable relationship throughout the highschool years, didn't care about being popular unlike
The other crappy highschool kids
They enjoyed their time in these multiple semesters, until..
Nick had to move to Texas due to family reasons. The three was separated. They were sad. It was too soon.
Thanks to the internet, they still kept in touch but it didn't feel the same when they were in person,
Playing video games,
arguing about the most silliest of reasons,
fight over the last pizza slice,
placing bets,
doing all nighters,
sleep overs,
having birthdays together,
shoplift some cheap things,
play pranks on each other,
and a bunch more.
Well, and again they still kept in touch and still played video games together and talked for hours which was similar to before but not the same to Nick.

Clarke had to move back to France, no matter what she said or did
Her father was promoted to a job back in her country, and the pay jumped high from that
The dad couldn't possibly turn it down,
the salary was a lot for each week
As much as he wanted to stay because of what his daughter said and begged,
The family needed the money for his 5 kids and an incoming baby boy.
Clarke couldn't figure out on how telling Clay all of this, for if she left, no one of the three would be able to do face to face activities and only FaceTime and calls, and videogames.
Maybe she would tell him after a road trip, Clarke remembers that Clay invited his friend over to one.

And it would probably be the last road trip with the two.

Road trips were usually a Clarke and Clay thing, Unlike Nick, he would get carsick from all the driving.
Should she tell him? Or should she not?
She would most likely tell her friend about it, but.. how?
Should she talk about it to his parents or siblings on how she would say it? Would it be a good idea? How would Clay react to this? Only one way to find out.

Clay was excited. Without a doubt, extremely excited.  His older sibling would be the one to drive, for she didn't trust
her brother into driving their parents' van.Yeah, it's a pretty opulent Ford,
but it was covered with a bunch of memories in the family, which might seem too movie-ish but it was true for sure.

CHAPTER 2

CLARKE USED TO be a great talker, a loud person, comedic, basically an extrovert.
Also very pretty, most would say, but everything else? They see no beauty in her, unless they are best friends with her,
Or know her well.

Once she went back to France, she was heartbroken at the road trip at first, but was convinced
that she had to focus on the big picture. Her life. College.
Well, She could still talk to her friends.

She talked to Clay and Nick for about a few years, but then, college struck.
Clarke Juliet Allaire choose engineering. It was hard work and a pain in the ass. But at the same time,
She wanted to pursue her dream. She still talked to her two friends, but the relationship from Clarke to the two
Starts to fade away.Nick and Clay were still chatting, FaceTiming, etc, then when exams came in
For Clarke, she barely talked to them. Then it occurred when she didn't send a single
Message, call, or a sign she was still there.
