After getting me new clothes, which both Remus and Lyn paid for, we all stopped at a restaurant of sorts."So...what is a larder?" I asked as soon as the waiter left.
"It's the main form of currency in this world," Remus informed me. I nodded, looking at the menu with confusion.
"Have you had any of these items yet R?" Lyn asked me. I searched for seri before shaking my head.
"Hmm..." she contemplated, "I'd recommend you some drogin juice to start off with."
"Is drogin juice your favorite?"
She laughed a little, "no. Although it is good, my favorite is esta milk tea."
I smiled before turning to Remus, "what's yo-"
"Absinthe brisk," he cut me off.
"Isn't that an alcohol?"
Their eyes widened, "no!"
"It's like an energizer," Remus explained. "We should really get you a dictionary."
"Can we please buy them some books after this?" Lyn begged him. He sighed.
"The luca materials first... then I suppose we can get some-"
"Thank you!" she cheered, hugging him tightly.
"Of course. But I'm limiting you to two, because I know for a fact that your bookshelf is nearly full Lyn."
She sunk in her seat before muttering, "I promise I'm going to return some by the end of the month."
I just stared at the table.

We finished eating at around 8, stopping by a bench. Naturally I let Mari fly, especially with what I learned earlier. She got herself into some berries; I nearly passed out when I saw her fur splattered with red.
"Messy little thing, isn't she?" Remus commented, guiding some water to wash Mari.
"Yeah, she is," I smiled down at her. She squeaked happily.
I wonder where she was before I came here. How old is Mari? She acts like a child, but I don't know how playful luca are.
I snapped out of my thoughts due to a tiny set of gums gnawing on my finger. Mari looked up at me innocently.
"So she's a baby," I told myself. Remus stayed silent. The silence made me realize a lack of...
"Where's Lyn?" I asked, looking around.
Remus remained calm, "she's either getting an esta milkshake or sintan rolls. Sintan rolls are a type of bun."
"You know her quite well," I commented. He stiffened a little.
"Yeah... someone's gotta keep track of her. We're close, I care about her a lot," he admitted.
"Oh?" I wiggled my eyebrows, nudging him. He laughed.
"Not like that." His expression darkened, "besides, we're not allowed to be together like that; our sectors would throw a fit."
"Do sectors really matter that much?" I asked. He nodded.
"There's five sectors. Inigo, the one we're in now, is the main trading sector. Then there's Grier, a domain with one of the very few kings; Wright, the place for writers and artists; Forrest, a very peaceful land; and Sergei, ever so turbulent. Each has a particular view about the world," he explained.
