I feel like there were mixed emotions for the last chapter so I decided to make this one more lowkey I guess? Like yeonjun isn't being treated like complete shit but this chapter is still pretty sad seeing how much he's changed ):

"How are you doing sweetie?" The nurse, who he doesn't know the name of, asks as she walks through the door.

Truthfully he hasn't been feeling too well. He's been here about a month and a half and can feel his new environment taking a toll on him. Mentally and physically.

"I um actually threw up three times yesterday. I don't think it was because of the baby." Yeonjun says and the woman gives him a small frown.

Yeonjun can tell she feels bad for him. Always convincing her boss to go easy on Yeonjun since he's different than the others.

Suprisingly he listens. Yeonjun doesn't know if it's because he actually has common sense or because he has... strange feelings for Yeonjun. He just seems to care too much for him.

"How about we go downstairs to eat and watch a movie hmm? And I'll talk to the boss to give you a break okay?" She says and Yeonjun nods thankfully.

Being here isn't the worst thing possible. At first it was. It really really was but his nurse has made it all more bareable.

And apparently the better he acts the more privileges he gets. So far he's been out of his room three times to watch a movie. It wasn't much but it was something.

Next week he's hoping he'll be taken outside. Maybe to the park? He doesn't know yet.

He can slowly feel himself slipping though. Slipping into the role of 'good little boy.'

He's losing touch with himself and he knows it. He can't seem to care though. The people here have completely manipulated him into thinking they care. That they only want what's best for him.

He believes them. He doesn't know if that's for the sake of his sanity or if he's really that gullible. But he believes them.

"So boss said you're allowed to rest a few days. He doesn't want you getting hurt." The woman says as she brings in a tray of food for the pregnant boy.

"Thank you so much." Yeonjun says smiling at the lady. She just smiles back before grabbing the remote.

"Pick whatever you want. I think boss is going to come and watch with you." She says and Yeonjun nods thankful to have some company.

Maybe he's crazy for being happy about seeing the man who put him into this whole situation. But he doesn't seem to think too much about it. As always.
