Static Memories

Part 8

The sun was shining bright through the window as Mukuro was waking up in pain. He woke up and looked around then saw his hand being held, he saw Riko by him sleeping peacefully. He smiled then patted her then Mukuro got up, did his morning routine and started preparing breakfast which considers pancakes, bacon, fruit, and toast on the side. while he was making breakfast his doorbell ring Mukuro went and opened the door and was greeted by his friend "Hi Muku haven't got in touch with you where you been" Mukuro smiled warming "I've been busy Daiki" Daiki sighed and facepalmed "When are you not" Daiki said as he came in and sat himself on the couch. Mukuro laughed as he went back to the kitchen and started cooking, they started talking to catch up on what they missed over the time of there separation.

Meanwhile, Riko was starting to wake up due to the smell of pancakes and Nutella and she shot up and went to the kitchen "Morning Riko" Riko yawned "Morning.." Riko said rubbing her eyes. Daiki looked at Riko a little shocked but he didnt wanna make it noticeable "So Mukuro who is the cutie?" Mukuro looked at him a little weird and said "This is my roommate and friend Riko" Daiki smiled looking at riko "Hi Riko I'm Daiki, Nice to meet you" Riko stretched and replied still slightly tired "Hi Daiki... Nice to meet you too..". "Alright breakfast is served" Mukuro said. Everyone sat down at the dining room table and started eating.

Mari started killing demonic monsters slashing them down one by one, after that she got cleaned up and started to have a flashback about Mukuro and blushed a little "Why am i thinking about that idiot" she said "Why are you thinking about that idiot" a unknown person says Mari ignored it "You know you can't love or feel it, You're just a puppet so don't try to have such feelings got it?" The unknown person said as Mari took a sip of apple juice from her canteen sitting on one of the demonic behemoth's corpse not facing the being "Yes.." 

Everyone finished eating and Mukuro went to do the dishes "I'll help Muku" Riko said "Nah its okay I got it" Riko pouted a bit "Let me please help" Mukuro sighed and said "Fine you can help" Daiki watches them and smiled "Alright imma head out guys" Mukuro turned around to look at Daiki "You sure you don't wanna stay longer" Mukuro asked "Awe does little Muku miss me so much he want me to stay?" Daiki said this jokingly. Mukuro looked at him in disgust "Get the hell out." Daiki laughed "Fine fine I'm going, bye Riko hoped to see you again" Riko waved at Daiki smiling "Bye Daiki" Daiki left and walked a few blocks until he pulled his phone out and called someone "It's just like you said they are very close" the unknown person laughed "That's good we will end them slowly" Daiki signed and hung up the phone "Sorry Mukuro but this has to be done to protect her."

Riko and Mukuro were in the living room watching tv, Mukuro was sipping his juice when Riko asked him "Mukuro do you wanna go on a date" Mukuro spat out his juice coughing and said "Come again?" Riko was slightly confused by his reaction but asked again "Do you wanna go on a date? I heard friends do it on tv then after date they put their faces together" *what do she be watching..* Mukuro thought but said "Uh I don't think you know what a date means" Riko looked at him even more confused as a sweat beed slipped off of Mukuro's forehead "Well a date is for like uh lovers and do what lovers do" Mukuro nodded at his statement thinking that it was a good way to put it "Then are we like lovers?" Mukuro was seriously questioning what she watched while he was asleep "Ehh no-" 

Mukuro got up to go to the kitchen and Riko followed him. Riko went to the cabinet and got on the step stool to get a bowl she turned to Mukuro and said "Let's make uhm uhhhh hm cookies!" Mukuro looked at Riko "Sure" Riko start dancing on the step stool "Be careful riko" she kept going as the step stool started to shake and she fell on mukuro with there lips almost  touching when Mari came to the front door and saw them.
