2|Prank Time?

For the last few weeks of school, the Ducks plus Cassie all decided to have a sleepover every Friday.[TGIF;)]  Everyone would go to Adam's dorm and make a fort. There would be games, music [Dean and Fulton mostly picked out the music even if everyone else disagreed], food, nerf gun fights, anddd Lester, Jesse, and Luis pranking everyone. Its a new prank every sleepover. Its the worst part of the sleepover for Cassie mainly because Lester targets her. In the last sleepover he poured Goldfish in Cassie's shoes, so when she went to put her shoes on the next day, she got a nice surprise. It always ended up with Cassie threatening to have Fulton shoot a hockey puck at Lester.

This last sleepover for the last weekend at school was the same as any of the others, except for the fact that Lester didn't prank Cassie, let alone target her with corny [and annoying] pick-up lines yet. Luis and Jesse were the only ones pranking everyone. It was extremely weird and abnormal. Cassie felt super cautious for if and when Lester would prank her. Connie and Julie were very aware of her tenseness the whole night. Even though Julie didnt know Cassie well, she was still aware and concerned. Eventually, they decided to drag Cassie outside and interrogate her. And that they did, but not without Cassie complaining the whole time.

"Hello to you too? Why, what is the reason for making me leave my blanket taco?" Cassie said once they got outside. She, of course, took the blanket with her, but wasn't in the taco anymore, much to her dismay. "Why have you been so tense tonight? Are you okay?" Julie said, ignoring Cassie's complaint. "I was fine before you dragged me out here." Cassie responded with an eye roll. "Look, I get you're usually a tense person, but you're all free and fun during the sleepovers. Tonight it seems like you're always looking over you're shoulder." Connie said, honestly worried for her bestfriend. Cassie looks at them shocked at how observant they are. "That's because i am looking over my shoulder! Averman hasn't pranked or flirted with me ALL night! I think he's planning something."

"MaYbE, just maybe, he finally got tired of making you mad? OOO maybe he realized you're actually a cool person and wants to try and be friends?" Connie said enthusiastically, unsure, but enthusiastically. Cassie started laughing, "OH that's the best joke yet, maybe even better than the corny ones Averman tells." They all started laughing. Once they stopped Julie said, "Come on Cassie, maybe him bothering you is him showing affection!". "AFFECTION? PleAsE!!" Cassie responded almost immediately. After Cassie said that, there was another voice, a country voice, in the atmosphere, making the girls jump. "Why'd yall leave? We need more players for UNO." Dwayne said. Cassie turned around to look at the tall cowboy. "OOO UNO!! Yes please!" She said rushing back inside, glad Dwayne helped her escape that weird conversation. Dwayne just looked at Connie and Julie confused as they shrugged innocently, also heading back inside.

After playing 5 rounds of UNO, Cassie wasn't very tense anymore. She still looked over at Lester every once in a while just in case, but he looked as innocent as that jokester could be. Little did she know, this was Lester's plan all along[mwuahaha]. Once everyone went to sleep, Lester, Luis, and Jesse did a classic and got cold water from a water fountain and brought it back to the dorm. When they quietly made their way over, they poured the water all over her face. Cassie sprung up with a gasp. Once she realized what happened, and who did it, she stood up with a glare, mainly towards Averman. "Are you joking me!?" she whisper-shouted to the laughing boys, ready to slap their amused faces off. "Ooo, looks like we made The Hulk mad!" Averman said between laughs. But his and the other two jokester's faces quickly turned into fear as Jesse said, "Right now might be a good time to run!". The other two nodded their heads and ran out the dorm. 

Once Cassie dried off in the restroom, she went to bed wishing Averman did want to stop the stupid jokes and pranks. Why did she wish that? Bitch, how am I supposed to know? But for now, we can just assume that she was extremely tired of him targeting her, and maybe if they became friends he wouldn't... NAH, WHO ARE WE KIDDING!
