The wind blew on the cool autumn day. Trees rustling as the yellow-orange leaves fell from its branches, ready to sleep till spring. The grey heavy clouds loomed overhead, apparently trying not to cry for the girl who stood facing a small stone.

Wooyeon couldn't help but let a tear escape as she read the engravings in the stone. "Na Jaemin you idiot," she choked out. Harshly wiping her cheek. She promised not to cry, not now, not ever.

She kneeled down and placed the white lilies gently at the foot of the stone. She couldn't help but wish she could see him one more time. One last joke, smile, anything at all. She wanted him back.

"I'm sorry it took me so long just to come," she whispered softly. Placing a hand on the top of the stone, she imagined patting his soft hair again. "I'm sorry I forgot."

"Wherever you are, I hope you're happy Jaemin." Wooyeon got up and dusted herself. "I'll come back soon, love."

She turned and walked towards the exit, never looking back at the stone. "Feeling better?" a voice asked. She looked up to see Jeno extending his hand to her. A small smile graced his lips as his eyes soften at the poor heartbroken girl. She nodded and gladly took his hand and fell into his embrace.

"Come on, it's about to rain."

One lost a friend.

One lost a lover.

She was no longer tied down to first love, though the miracle of love hung in the air.

Fate gave her the most precious feelings. But it was taken away as soon as she grabbed hold of it. Any material value lost its worth. Without him, the world wasn't worth a penny to her.

But maybe it could change, after all, maybe two meaningless lives could perhaps give each other meaning.

'Promise you'll keep her safe and love her the way I couldn't.'
Love, Na Jaemin

'Promise me you'll move on love, experience the world I couldn't'
Love, Na Jaemin
