I slam my phone down seeing what just happened. he called me pretty. right infront of chloes eyes. i always knew caleb had his eyes out for me, not trying to be cocky believe me. i never felt the same way. i never looked at him more then a friend, but chloe did. chloe has there children named, where there wedding would be, where they would raise there kids, and how many they would have. i know i know extreme but she has liked him for 2 years. and he just called her best friend pretty. he would always make comments like that. like "oh y/n u look good today" and i feel so fucking uncomfortable with chloe breathing down my neck. i always change the subject real fast but i bet it stings. well i rush and out my shoes on and run out the door heading to chloes. they are already waiting for me outside.

"Finally bitch. and you do have make up on." chloe blurts out sounding pissed and rolling her eyes as she heads to the car. caleb walks beside me and opens my car door.

"I think it looks nice." he smiles and i smile back as a i step into the car. Ugh. i know chloes pissed but he just being nice and i really dont know how to stop it. we jam out to music on our 15 minute drive but chloe just sits on her phone. while jamming out i decided i was gonna talk to her. let her know that i have no sort of feelings for caleb. we then arrive and there are lots of kids our age from schools around the county. i quickly jump out of the car making sure caleb doesnt open it. i pull chloe aside as caleb gets some things out from the trunk.

"Chloe i have no feelings for him what so ever. I promise you, i wouldnt do that." she doesnt look up at me. she moves around in her flip flops kicking them on and off. but she wouldnt answer. shit, shes mad. ugh this day is going to be a long one.....
