time skip (Yachi's pov)

After lunch I was glad I diden't run into those girls again. Now that I know their names Im able to get information on them.. Mabye I should ask somebody on the team! Probably Kiyoko since she's pretty popular-

"Hey! Yachi what up" A voice called out

I jumped up for a a second, they ruined my train of thought I looked back and saw it was Hinata with Kageyama.. 'oh its just them!' I gently waved at them.

"Oh, nothing!.... well actually do you know any girls named Kuromi and Yuki?" I asked them

They looked at each other then back at me.

"Hmmm, I think i'v heard those names before" Hinata said

"Are you dumb? There apart of this somewhat school "gang" Its pretty lame, but I'v never seen them. I dont even know what they look like so I dont get the big deal" Kageyama saying unamused.

I looked forward with my face frozen. 'great two girls from a gang have it on for me.'

"IM NOT STUPID I-I KNEW THAT- WELL, anyways why do you ask?" Hinata asked

"OH ITS NOTHING JUST WOUNDERING!" I put my hands up and violently started shaking them.

"Calm down Yachi you might confuse the reade-"

"Oh hey! you guys came early" Kiyoko smiled at us.

We got in and eventually all the guys started to come in. Kiyoko was watching them since the caption asked for us to write down things they need to improve on. Kiyoko did that while I help figure out and plan our next match. Coach Ukai asked me to get some new nets from the storage. I nodded and realized it wasent the storage room in the gym. I went behind the gym to see an old storage space. I went inside and saw a bunch of boxes on tall shelfs I looked at the tags. 'volleyballs,...documents,.. extra water-bottles,.. NETS!'. The nets were on the top shelf I was able to reach luckily. I reached up and grabbed the box. I stumbled a back a bit. I placed it down and got the net out and opened it slightly. 'This will work' I  smiled until I heard the storage door close. I looked behind me to see Kiyoko looking at me. I was startled and looked back at her.

"Yes Kiyoko-senpai?" I asked

She looked at me intensely  I actually got a bit scared. She walked towards me and then held both of my  hands gently. my face started going a bit light red. I looked at her again and her face was looking at the floor.

"I know this isen't like me. I like you, I know you may not return my feelings but I cant hold them in" Kiyoko said in a low voice.

She went a little closer and I was against a wall and her  hands was on mine. I could tell she was blushing ALOT. I was to..

"EH-" 

"I wont force you to do anything, but.. please allow me to kiss you just for a bit." She said bluntly

I looked at her shocked there was only a little window and nobody could see from how tall it was. I would be lying if I said I didien't want to kiss her. I Looked down in embarrassment I slowly nodded my head. She smiled and then gently held my chin I could feel the heat of her breath on me. Our fingers intwined. We both closed our eyes and she leaned forward for the Kiss.

TIME SKIP

"H-Here Coach Ukai.. I got the net!" I exclaimed

"Hm, thanks place it over there please" Coach Ukai smiled

"Okay!" I smiled

I walked over to the corner of the gym and placed the net next to the other supplies. I looked behind me to see Kiyoko smiling at me. my face shot red and I quickly faced back to the net. I gently touched my lips with my finger then went back to work. 

{after school}

"Finally~ schools over i'm exhausted" I sighed

"Hey Yachi! Want to get meat buns with us?" Hinata jumped in excitement.

"Ah, Sorry Hinata i'm busy but Tomorrow for sure!" I held up a thumbs and Smiled

"Oh, Okay thats fine.. see you tomorrow!" Hinata waved at me before leaving.

I saw his figure fade in the distance with the rest of the team. I sighed and started to walk to the store. We needed new groceries and my mom was busy so she gave me to money for it this morning. I walked into the grocery store I looked around. I looked around and got some milk, rice, eggs, flour, and some ramen. I looked at my list and smiled. 'finished!' I went up to the cash register and handed my money to them once they were done checking out I left. I looked out and started walking home. As I did a hand grabbed me into the alleyway.

"Eek!"

An old man held my mouth shut and all my groceries fell on the floor. I heard the eggs crack along the way. I was scared out of my mind. My legs started trebling.

"Your a pretty piece now aren't you~" He commented

This old man has me pinned in a alleyway. I started to feel tears build up a bit and in panic I tried taking his hand off but he pushed it back harder. I was pretty sure my wrist was getting bruised. I bit his hand as a last resort.

"ACK- WHAT THE HELL YOU SHIT, WHY ARE YOU CRYING YOUR ASKING FOR IT WITH THAT SKIRT."  He yelled at me.

I tried to run away put he grabbed my hand and pulled me back and slapped me hard so I hit the floor. Tears ran down my face.

"Plea-please dont.." I barley managed out words

"make this easy." he stated

He grabbed my legs and pulled me closer to him. My skirt went up a bit. He held my mouth closed. and pinned my arms down. He was on top of me at this point. I was so scared I could barley hold my sobs back. I was begging for anybody to come and help me a miracle anything just please.. I waited a few moments and nothing happened. He looked at my body like a piece of meat. I accepted my fate and prepared myself mentally . As soon as I got less tense and stopped fighting back I heard a voice.

"GET. OFF. HER YOU PERVERT" A voice yelled

My eyes widened and He looked back and he fell off me as a bat swung and hit him on the head . I started to cry but I tried holding it back. I hurried to get away from his side. I held my hands in-front of my eyes. I had bruises on my wrists and thighs. Suddenly a person held me close in a hug. I looked at their and recognized the hair.

"Sh-Shota?" I muttered 

"Yes, it's me i'm so sorry I couldn't save you sooner. " She said in guilt.

I let out my sobs after trying to hold them back. I hugged her back. My arms trembled as I gripped onto her shirt. I looked on the side to see the man bleeding in the head.

"Are we going t-to report thi-this?" I asked Shota through sobs.

Shota let go from the hug and looked back at him. She got up and kicked his head lightly. She got down on one knew and felt his pulse. I heart dropped realizing what might of happened.

"He's alive. He may bleed out though... give me the milk please" She looked at me

I looked at her and nodded. I got up still trembling and I got the milk carton and gave it to her. She opened the carton of milk and poured the milk on him. I was confused what she was doing.

"Were not going to report this now matter how much I want to. He may bleed out and the milk could wash away our finger prints. My actions were reckless so I might get in trouble or even you .. Keep this a secret okay?" She looked back at me.

I looked at her Shocked. I realized that she was right after what she did I couldn't get her in trouble or myself. I nodded and wiped some of my tears as they started to flow out again.

"Hey.. its okay i'm here your safe now.. i'll pick you up everyday after school to keep you safe" She said as she reached out for a hug

I hugged her back and nodded my head once again. I'll be safe with her around now so I didien't need to tell anybody. None of my friends needed know they might tell.. and even if he doesn't die he could report us for assault. It was getting sunset and I was crying in Shota's arms I felt safe.
