I think I got it, the interview was so easy! My sisters said the same and on the way home we all got a choc milkshake each. Yum-yum ")
I came home and told my mum all about it and guess what she told me?
"He gave me a phone call just now to tell me that all three of you have got in!"
I was so happy! Tomorrow I am going college. I asked my mum if I could go to the sea and she said ok but she seemed a little tensed. I went and saw my friend, Inayah. I went to join her.
"Hey Inayah." I said, she was sitting, staring at the sea.
"Oh, hi. Did you get in trouble the day my brother came?"
"No, no. It was just something else." I lied.
"Oh. Sorry I couldn't come. You get into college?" She asked.
"Yeah, thank God. Your in 1st year right?"
"Yes, I am the same age as you."
For a little while we sat and watched the sea. Then I asked,
"When is your birthday?"
"20th Dec. Why?"
I gasped and said that was my birthday too.
"This is creepy." She said. Then she asked, "Where were you born?"
"Saudi Arabia, Makkah." I answered.
This time she gasped, she told me she was told she was born here but her brother was born in Makkah.
"Oh.." I said. Then I told her I had to go but before I went something came to my mind, "What is your full name?"
"Syeda Inayah Kazmi..."
I didn't gasp, I just said bye and walked away. Could it be true? But why would a mother call their daughters both the same name? And we didn't look alike. Maybe it was just a coincidence.
I came home and slowly went to my room...
