Narrator's POV -

John Murphy, along with ninety nine other kids, taken out of their cells on the Ark's prison. Where were they to being escorted to? What was going to happen to Murphy?

Murphy's POV -

"Hey! What the hell are you doing??" he shouts, wanting answers. This isn't the first time he's been manhandled like this... The guards didn't say a single word, they had me pinned to the cold cell floor. Their grasp getting tighter with each struggle his body produces. 'They're strong,' he thinks. In the struggle, he fails to notice Dr. Griffin entering the room. He only notices her when she speaks up and over him.
"This will only hurt for a few seconds," says says, pulling something metal out of her bag. Murphy can barely lift his head now. 'What did she do to me?' he thinks in a haze. He lifts his head and looks at her blurry image.

His eyes widen as his head is forced back down with a rather loud thump. A quick sharp prick to his arm makes his vision blurry and his head start spinning. 'A-a needle??! No- no......' His thoughts race around in his head like a wild fire. Murphy really doesn't like needles. It has freaked him out since he was young.
"Good, now...." Murphy's vision fades to black before he can hear what else they were saying. '......Damn them to hell....' he thinks before his mind goes fuzzy.

"Hey, get back in your seats!" a voice calls out to someone around. Murphy opens his eyes to see other people around him. All sitting in seats, practically strapped to them. Everything is still blurry and hazy as his head bobs around. The voice from early fills his ears once again. He can't see who is talking, but he knows who that voice belongs to. 'Bitch...' he thinks, trying his best to keep his head up and his mind awake. This task is proving to be a challenge. Murphy's body just feels a little too heavy to move around in his seat. He still hasn't completely gotten over whatever they injected him with. So, even lifting his arm feels like lifting bricks.
'How much did they even give me? What was it now.... Anaesthetics, I think?' he tries thinking the best he can to recover my medical knowledge. It's little, but he found that class actually interesting.

'Relax, it's fine. See?" Another voice speaks up, startling Murphy out of his hazy thoughts. Soon enough, everything then fades back to black once more.

When Murphy awakes this time, the movement around him has stopped and a commotion has started somewhere in the room. He can hear it echoing through the rather empty room. Murphy opens his eyes and looks around. 'A ship? I'm on a....ship?' he thinks as he unbuckles his seatbelt. With a weary hand, Murphy clicks the button and pushes the seatbelt off on himself.
