Murphy's POV -

I feel my body swaying from side to side. I open my eyes and realize something.

Someone is carrying me. 'Bellamy?' I think, as I try to get a grip of something.

"Bellamy?" I weakly strain out. Looking around at what's around us.

I sound terrible; my voice was beyond raspy.

"You're finally awake," he says, tiredly.

"Where....." my voice cuts out completely. It surprises me a little.

"About an hour away," he chuckles a little. I just know he's smiling.

I nod, then realizing he can't see me. Embarrassed, I lay my head back down letting the sounds around help me drift off.

_________

"Murphy. Murphy? Can you hear me?" a female voice calls out. I weakly open my eyes.

"Abby?" I croak out.

"Oh good," she says, with a smile. "Where am I?" I ask, slightly sitting up.

"Careful, I just spent 2 hours stitching you up. You're in the Ark," she says, stepping back to fuss with something on the table behind her.

I fully sit up and turn to dangle my legs off the side of the bed. She turns back around.

"John, you really should be laying down." She places a small bottle on the tray near the bed. I quickly take notice if her hands. 'She's hiding something,'

"What do you have there?" I ask, slightly leaning over to see what she was hiding.

"Oh this?" She tried to play dumb. "It's just- oh look at that!" she says, looking at something behind me.

I don't turn around, I'm not that dumb. I just stare straight at her.

"Didn't worry....Just close your eyes," That statement scares me a bit.

I close my eyes as someone enters the room. A quick sharp prick suddenly presents itself on my right arm.

I let out a small noise and get really light headed. I pass out.

___________

"Mur.....Murphy......Murphy?" a voice calls out. I slowly open my eyes.

"Bellamy?" I say, looking around once more.

"Hey. Take it easy," he says, as I sit up. I instantly feel dizzy, but chose to not bring it up.

"You passed out," Abby says, before anyone can get a word out. I blink at her.

"Nothing new," I mutter out, placing both hands on either side of my body.

"You shouldn't try to get up anytime soon, John. You're body isn't healed, it needs a lot of time to-"

"It's fine. I'm fine," I say, standing up. I stagger out of the room and try to find the exit.

I can hear someone behind me. They sound like they're trying to catch up to me. 'Bellamy,' I angerly think.

___________

I stubble out of the Ark. The light was a bright, so I cover my eyes with my free hand.

As I walk away from the large structure, I overhear some people talking about the old chancellor.

"He said he was going to take some people with him to find some 'city of light' or whatever," one guy says.
