Tony poked Bruce, his brown eyes glinting mischievously. He put on his best puppy dog face when Bruce turned to him, a tiresome look on his face.

"What do you want Tony?" Bruce asked, sounding slightly annoyed with a dash of tiredness.

"When are you finishing this...what did you say it was again?"

"It'll be done before the end of the night," Bruce replied. "And I've told you what it does. It'll give us the ability to shapeshift."

Tony chuckled once, his face turning playful. "I don't know if anything can make The Hulk look differently, big guy," he teased.

Bruce tensed for a second, before relaxing and rolling his eyes. "It'll be for when I'm just Bruce, Tony. Not when I'm Hulk."

Tony tapped on the work table, and laughed. "Of course. Because nothing can make decisions for you when you're big and green."

"Tony," a new voice said, warningly. Tony laughed to himself, it was only Steve after all. "Stop trying to provoke him."

Tony turned to the Captain, his face showing signs of innocence. "What are you talking about?" He asked innocently. "Brucie knows I'm only teasing."

"It's fine, Steve," Bruce said causally. "I'm used to Tony. Wouldn't of agreed to stay in the tower if I wasn't up to putting up with his usual antics."

Steve was about to argue when he was interrupted.

"What's going on here?" Another voice asked. Tony looked up to see Natasha, with Clint following close behind, walk down to the lab he'd set up just for Bruce.

"Tony is trying to set the Hulk lose," Steve replied, his arms crossed over his chest stubbornly.

"What?" Natasha demanded. She turned onto Tony, her green eyes furious. "What are you playing at Stark?"

"I don't see what the problem is," Clint said boredly. "This is Tony we're talking about. On his good days, Tony is more mischievous than Loki himself."

"You should be careful who you compare Tony to," a new voice boomed.

Tony sighed. Now with Thor in the lab, all the Avengers were in the lab. He'd have to tighten security up for Bruce later. He made a mental check to do just that.

Bruce then said, "Hey, everyone. I'm done. If you want, you can watch me test it out."

Tony cracked a smile. "Bruce, are you sure this is gonna work? Your last experiment turned you into a giant green monster." He raised his hand in surrender before adding, "No offense."

Bruce just rolled his eyes. "Just watch Stark," he said, with humor in his voice. He pushed a button on the machine, and suddenly green smoke filled the air. Bruce's eyes filled with panic for a second, and Tony realized that this was not supposed to of happened.

The last thing he remembered seeing was a bright flash of light.

The moon was in the shape of a claw when a cat appeared from the shadows. It was white with grey speckles, and it padded through the forest confidently. It was a she-cat, and she raised her head proudly. She continued padding through the forest, not looking where she was setting her paws, but also not making a sound. Suddenly, she came into a clearing where a big ginger tom was sitting.

“Daisyflower,” he mewed, nodding his head. “I am glad you wanted to meet out here.”

“I don’t know why,” the she-cat murmured. “I could’ve told you StarClan’s will in the camp as well.”

The tom snapped, “No! The Clan does not need to hear about this unless we can be sure it’s something good! We’ve lost so many cats these past few moons. I even had to replace Boulderfrost,” he trailed off at the name.

“Tidefur is a strong deputy,” Daisyflower mewed softly, putting her tail on the tom’s shoulder. “She will do well in her brother’s place.”

The tom’s green eyes hardened. “I know this,” he growled. “But we are not here to idly discuss the deputy’s ability to perform her tasks. We are here to discuss our ancestors will. What have they foretold for us?”

Daisyflower’s amber eyes narrowed slightly. “Lionstar, you know StarClan does not clearly speak to us. They prefer for us to figure it out on our own.”

Lionstar let out a small growl. “I have little patience Daisyflower. The Clan is dying around us and you speak in riddles?”

Daisyflower’s eyes narrowed even more. “You should learn not to question your ancestors. Boulderfrost told me himself that safety is coming soon!”

Lionstar’s eyes widened. “What did he say?” he asked.

“There will come a time of trickery and evilness, but in the darkest of nights, thunder will light the way.”

“What does that mean?” Lionstar asked. “Thunder is something to be afraid of. Not something that could save us.”

“It will become clear to us,” Daisyflower mewed gently, the kindness in her voice soft and sweet.
