Unexpected Acquittance

Y/n couldn't help but gulp at her situation she was nervous not gonna lie

"You can do it Y/n!" She mumbled, heaving out a sigh she then press the door bell of the apartment after pressing the door bell Y/n took a step back.

Waiting for a response, it took a minute when the door slowly opened revealing the Woman she once meet.

The mother seems to recognize Y/n when she widen her eyes

"It's you.." she said, she then fully opened the door gesturing Y/n to come in

"Please come in." She said, Y/n slowly nodded "sorry for the intrusion." She said walking in as she took off her shoes, putting it neatly aside, as Y/n step further in the house.

Sitting in the couch waiting for the woman to return with the tea, Y/n observe her surroundings as she looks around.

'the atmosphere in this place is little saddening..'

"Now how should I tell her about her son.." she mumbled, looking at her lap

She was then again reminded of the past events, her eye Darkened even though she may seems okay it was nothing but an act..

An act not to worry others

She feels empty.

lost in her thoughts when a cup of tea was placed infront of her, she then look up to see the mother sitting down at the opposite chair.

Silence then indulge the two, Y/n was hesitant to tell the mother as to what happened to her son.

Finally deciding to break off the atmosphere, Y/n placed down the name tag at the table before the mother could ask.

"I'm sorry.." she said, the mother widen her eyes nervously grabbing the name tag at the table

"Upon arriving at the scene your son was already dead." Informed Y/n, the mother was listening but her attention was focused at the name tag, her eyes were starting to water

"A friend of mine insisted that we should take your son's body back..." Y/n unknowingly grip the fabric of her clothes gritting her teeth.

'Yuji..'

"But... Our situation back then didn't let us to do that.. so taking the name tag was least we could do.." said Y/n, slowly losing her, she felt a bit awful

Because Back then she doesn't have the slightest intention to bring back the body nor risk her life for a body that is already dead..

Though she may felt a bit awful it was still a feeling that will pass soon.

"I'm terrible sorry Mrs. Okazaki." Said Y/n standing up she then bowed, The mother look at her wide eyes she then  begun to hug the name tag finally letting out all of her tears the she was holding back falling on her knees

"No need to apologize... Because the only one who will mourns that child's death is me.." the mother said, Y/n look at the mother with sympathy before nodding.

"I shall take my leave, always take care of yourself Mrs. Okazaki." Said Y/n, the mother can only nod since her anguish was too much for her to bear, letting all of her sadness out to let the world knows about the sadness of a grieving mother.

Upon leaving the Apartment complex, Y/n couldn't help but think about her older sister

If she were to die would her elder sister mourn for her too?

Since her older sister is the only one she have...
