"Sirius! Hurry up, James is waiting for us downstairs!" I yelled at my twin brother who thought it would be a smart idea to finish packing at the last minute. The only reason James is finished packing is because I had helped him last night when neither of us could sleep. "I'm coming, just go eat breakfast and I will be down!" he yelled back.

"Looking for this?" I held up the Marauders map that our little group made together. "No... I knew exactly where that was." He smirked, trying to hide his embarrassment. "Whatever, Siri. I will meet you downstairs but you better hurry, we have 20 minutes." I walked back downstairs where James was shaking his head.

"Is Padfoot still not done packing?" He said pulling my chair out at the kitchen table and sitting next to me. "No, and he refuses my help so I am just letting him do his thing." Euphemia set down two plates of pancakes in front of us just as Sirius came barreling in.

"Finally, it took you long enough, mate." James laughed at Sirius' dishevelled appearance as he quickly tried to fix his hair in the reflection of the window. "Sod off, Prongs." Sirius scoffed at his friend. Sirius sat down and the three teens dug into Euphemia's famous pancakes.

"Mia, I don't know how the boys will survive without your chocolate chip cookies and pancakes this year." I laughed as the boys suddenly groaned realizing that they won't be able to have them whenever they wanted. "I'm sure the food at Hogwarts will get them through it." Her and Fleamont laughed heartily.

"Look at the time, we better get you kids to the platform before you miss the train." Fleamont said, jumping out of his seat. Us three teens grabbed our trunks and walked to the living room where Euphemia and Fleamont were sitting waiting for us.

We apparated to the platform and gave James' parents hugs goodbye. "Ah, welcome aboard, mates." Peter said as we entered our usual compartment. "Hello, Pete" I ruffled his hair as I sat down across from him and greeted Remus "So what does sixth year look like so far, mates?" Sirius questioned sitting across from me beside Remus and Peter as James sat beside me.

"Well, not much different than usual. We will probably prank snivellus, have quidditch games, study..." Remus trailed off. "Don't forget the after game parties!" James winked at Sirius as I rolled my eyes. "What, since when do you not like to party?" Sirius questioned looking at me.

"I don't particularly fancy taking care of you two after you get absolutely drunk." I said motioning between Sirius and James. Remus, nodding his head in agreement. "Come on, we aren't that bad." James said, putting his arm across my shoulder.

"You don't even know." Peter said, stuffing his face with sweets. The train whistle blew and then the train proceeded to pull out of the station. "I always loved this view." I said leaning towards the window the best I can with James' arm wrapped around me. I pulled my knees up to my chest and tucked my chin into them.

"It is beautiful, isn't it?" I heard James question leaning over beside me and pulling me into his side while tucking his head into my hair. "Ok? Did we miss something this summer?" Remus said looking up from his book and looking between me and James.

"No? What are you on about, Remy." I asked, looking at him curiously. "Well... you and James do seem a bit closer?" Peter piped up. "No more than usual, mate." Sirius said, looking at his friends. "Well I just mea-" Suddenly Remus was cut off. "Astra! Finally there you are. Come on! The girls and I have been waiting on you forever." Marlene said, taking my arm and dragging me out of the compartment.

"Hello girls!" I said walking into the compartment with Alice, Lily, and Mary already seated and waiting. "Finally, it took you long enough." Lily said as I rolled my eyes and sat down. "So what's new?" I questioned looking between all of my girls. "Alice you first." Mary said suggestively "Well... Me and Frank are finally together." She said blushing madly. "Finally!" Me and Marlene exasperated, getting up out of our seats and high fiving each other.

"Tell us all about it Alice." Lily said, closing her book as we all turned to listen to Alice. Alice went on telling the girls about how Frank had surprised her by coming over to her house and talking with her dad. He took her out on a picnic and asked her out.
