nam eunji was bullied at school all the time for being chubby. she wasn't even chubby; just a bit overweight for her height. she hated the standards that were set by koreans. they were unfair to her and everyone else who shared her problem.

like any other girl in the school, eunji had a crush on "the ice prince," park sunghoon. stupid nickname, right? but it was fitting, seeing as how he was amazing at ice skating and handsome like a prince. eunji knew she had no chance with the boy, but she just couldn't stop caring for him.

ever since the day he gave her a choco pie (because he simply didn't want it), she became "obsessed" in a way. nobody had cared for her like that. maybe she was overreacting; he would have done the same to the first person he saw and turns out, eunji happened to be that person.

ever since developing that small crush, she's been leaving little notes in his locker. nothing too romantic, she would cringe too hard if she did. just the usual 'hope u had a good day <3' or 'did you eat today? :)' occasionally she'll throw a joke in there.

it didn't matter to her if he didn't care about the notes,

as long as he sees them.

she would tell herself, trying to stay positive about the situation. the notes didn't take up much time from her day, so she continued to do them. she'd use any spare time she had in class or whenever she got bored as an excuse to write them.

truth is, sunghoon loved the notes. you would think a guy like him got millions of letters stored in his locker but, eunji's and two others were the only ones in there. hers intrigued sunghoon the most though. she always left a little doodle signed with her initials.

today's drawing was a little dog with big eyes and a jacket. he laughs a little and shoves the note into his pocket before anyone else can see. he had no idea who the initials could belong to; the school had over a thousand students. there was no way he could find out either.

"i will meet you one day." he says quietly to himself and takes off to the park.
