I play volleyball and I thought it would be fun to make this with them. And if you don't know the positions or that much about volleyball first I recommend watching haikyuu and I'll put the definitions and gifs so you can see.
Reki: He would be the libero A libero, is player on each team who serves as a defensive specialist. The libero wears a different colour from the rest of the team and is not allowed to serve or rotate to the front line.
I think he'd be a libero because he always has alot of energy and just loves touching the ball even if it's for a second. He doesn't care about how many times he falls he just wants to get that ball off the ground.

Langa: He would definitely be the Spiker. Attacker: Also called "hitter" or "spiker". An offensive player who tries to hit the ball to end a play and ultimately earn a point for his team. First off he radiates hinata energy secondly he loves to fly so I mean like (TOBE FLYYYY)

Miya: I feel like he would be the setter if anything because like her so chill and kinda acts like kageyama but would play like Kenma, so I feel like that position is perfect for him. Plus he knows someone's always gonna be there. (sorry I couldn't find a good gif)
This position is essentially the quarterback or point guard of the team. A setter runs the team's offense. They aim to receive the second touch, setting it for an attacking player.
